We have been here with my family and we loved it. The place is simply stunning. The beach is breathtaking, very exclusive and with no much crowd. I’m not a fan of pools but hai one was so greatly integrated with the landscape and see that I liked it (and the kids loved it). A special mention goes the restaurants: thanks to Emanuele, the Executive chefC and all the team for the splendid service offered. Food quality was impressive and service likewise

What an amazing experience the one we had! From Miami we flew 3 hours (AA) and arrived on a little nice airport, where it took us 15 minutes to go through customs and get out, and 15 minutes more to get to the hotel with the Hotel Shuttle. The hotel is a beauty lost in the most beautiful beach on the island. It’s like staying on a luxury boutique hotel in Indonesia with an ancient spa on the top of the hill on Hotel lands. The food was spectacular too (fresh fish and salads all day). Nice italian restaurant too. The staff was great and always on top of us. Adriano, the chief engineer of the hotel, took me to a secret spot for kite-surfing What more can someone pretend? Thank you all and see you back Soon ;)

Zemi Beach House is a 10 out of 10! As a frequent traveler of high end properties in the Caribbean, our family experienced excellent food, friendly service, helpful staff and an unbelievable beach experience. Zemi Beach house was extremely clean and well maintained. Lush gardens and well kept bathrooms and guest rooms. This is a newer property on the island (built in 2016 I believe) and they work hard at keeping everything in tip top shape. Zemi is located on the other side of the island (about 25/30 min from ferry port and airport) on Shoal Bay- we had unobstructed views of soft sand and clear turquoise ocean waters on our comfortable beach chairs with umbrellas. Peaceful unimaginable raw beauty. Shoal Bay in Anguilla is one of a kind. Jet skis and other water sports are not permitted which created a perfect serene relaxing atmosphere. Our room was steps away from the peaceful beach. With only 76 suites we felt like we had the property all to ourselves. The nightly lobby music and drinks at bohio lounge was festive and enjoyable as was the beach dinner with a fantastic band and delicious Caribbean food. The Thai House Spa was the most unique spa experience of my life. Nestled in zen gardens, the treetop massage rooms give a feeling that you are transported to another place. The Hamaam was pristine with white marble and silver lanterns- the mud deck was restorative and relaxing- and the one hour massage was beyond relaxing. Thank you to all those who helped make our stay enjoyable, especially, Stacy at Run Room, Michael on the beach, uniqua, Josette and all the breakfast staff, Surya and Jean at the Spa and everyone who was there during our stay. We definitely will be back to Anguilla soon and look forward to many more years at Zemi Beach House. Thank you- this property is magical!

Zemi Thai House Spa is a hidden gem in Anguilla, with personalized experiences and unmatched service in a unique 300+ year-old Thai House. My husband and I stayed at Zemi Beach House to celebrate our 20th Anniversary and fell in love with their Thai House Spa. We relaxed in the unique Hammam and enjoyed a Balinese Timeless Massage and Ko Bi Do Supreme Face Ritual while being well cared for by Jean, Ashi and Sumi. The most relaxing spa we have ever experienced! The attention to detail; cool washcloths and juice upon arrival, Hammam, foot cleansing before/after service, with many peaceful/relaxation/meditation spaces and the tea/juice bar added to our visit. If you are visiting Anguilla, visit Zemi Thai House Spa, it is well worth the trip!

This was our second visit to Zemi and it exceeded all expectations and more. We were traveling with two toddlers, one with several severe food allergies, and the resort staff was so amazing. Nellar made sure to convey all of my food concerns to the entire F&B team and every time we walked into one of the restaurants it was clear the team knew who we were, knew the allergies and were prepared to keep our 1-year-old safe. Traveling internationally with special needs is extremely stressful, and they allowed us to really enjoy our trip without any extra worries. The concierge team overall was so helpful in making offsite reservations, booking rental cars and more. Raquel frequently looked for us on property to make sure things were going well. Tracy served us multiple times and was such a joy to interact with. Janique in the Kids Club was super engaging with our 3-year-old when we stopped by to check out the space. Akeil helped transport us around the property many times and always greeted us with the biggest smile. Sumi at the spa gave me the best massage I've every had - highly recommend the bamboo massage! I wish I could remember more names because every single person on the staff there was so kind, helpful and genuinely caring for every person in our group. The property itself is stunning and the rooms are spacious and luxurious. Housekeeping went above and beyond every day, and the nightly cookies at turndown were delicious. I love that the beach is less crowded than some of the other bays, but you can still walk along the sand to places like Gwen's if you're looking to be more immersed in the local culture. We can't wait to come back again - it is truly heaven on earth!!

I rarely take the time to write a review but I felt that I had to share how fantastic this hotel is. Absolutely stunning property with one of the best beaches I’ve ever seen. The staff members were so kind and friendly. They make a point to remember your name and make sure your needs are being met. The breakfast was delicious and the casual dining menu has so many great choices. Loved the Mahi mahi tacos and rum punch. Other highlights are the complimentary kids beach toys, kids activities/camp, dining options, beach chairs and umbrellas, free cabanas at the pool, beautiful spa, and small touches like welcome letters and loads of recommendations. The hotel was not crowed when we went in July but that might not be the case during the rest of the year. We found out the hotel is shut down at the end of August through mid October for staff to be with family, Hurricane safety and property maintenance. If you are considering stay at the property, just book it. You will not be disappointed.

We went to Anguilla in late June for a weeks stay with family at Zemi Beach House. The resort is situated on a beautiful coral sand beach with easy access into the ocean. Beach loungers are attended to by very friendly staff who provide towels and ice water along with with taking food and drink orders. The accommodations are beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers. Little touches like the beach bag, flipflops, hat and suntan lotion were welcome additions. We were able to enjoy many of the resorts amenities including the Thai House ( a massage must), Rhum Room (dessert and rum pairings) and the restaurants 20 Knots for breakfast, Bohio for sushi and Stones for a special celebration. Menus were varied, and food delicious. Live music was a nightly occurrence. It was also easy for the front desk to arrange for taxis to other restaurants. We spent a good deal of time lounging on the beach or around the pools. Staff is very attentive and friendly throughout resort. Overall we had a very peaceful and relaxing experience .

From the welcome to the cab ride back to the airport, our experience with Zemi was fantastic. The service all around is spectacular and friendly. The room was perfect and the beach is the nicest I have ever been to. Make sure to reserve the beach BBQ on Wednesdays, spend some time in the Rum Room, and of course relax in the spa for a day. We will definitely be back again next year!

Ah, Zemi Beach House is my new happy place! Let's break it down: the spa? Absolute zen. Imagine getting pampered with ocean views and the sound of waves as your soundtrack—bliss, right? The beach? Pure perfection. Soft sands, crystal-clear waters... it's like walking into a postcard. And the service? Top-notch. Everyone—from check-in to cocktails—is super friendly and makes you feel like you're the VIP of the island. If you're all about relaxation and being treated like royalty, Zemi Beach House is where it's at.

We were lucky to have been able to stay at the Zemi after our flights were cancelled due to flooding in Miami. We stayed 3 nights on Meads bay and had driven to and walked through the Zemi to see if we would want to stay there on a future visit. We thought it was a lovely area but usually choose locations with more independent options for drink and dining around them. But when we got a text from our airline and realized we could not get home for 2 days we immediately fell back to our go-too chain, Hilton to find options for the extension. We were lucky that the Zemi had a room available for us. We took a taxi to the Zemi and they welcomed us with rum punches and cool towels. (which we needed after the stressful day of cancelled flights). Our room wasn't ready so we ended up waiting at the pool, which was really pretty warm in travel clothes. But we found we could wait in the AC in the lower guest services area. Once the room was ready it was a very nice garden view room that overlooked the upper adult pool. It had a lovely covered balcony with a couple chairs and huge bathroom with shower and soaking tub. After a while we went out to get drinks and something to eat. We had noticed that there were no, well only 1 that we could find, restaurants within walking distance other than the restaurants in the resort. But that was fine for our two night stay. We did find the price of wine in the resort to be very high after having just been to St Martin where wine is generally much more reasonable. But everything on Anguilla seems pretty expensive. We went to the Bohio bar & Loung and tried their most reasonable wine and didn't like it, so went with a bottle that was pretty expensive. We also ordered a pizza that was really reasonably priced. The wine and pizza were both excellent and the atmosphere was lovely. The next day we got up early and went to the beach. We started on the right end, but there was a constant banging from construction next door. So we moved to the far left end of the beach and it was pretty well sheltered from the construction. The water is beautiful. It was kinda funny that some sea grass came in and washed up on shore just after we got on the beach. But the staff did well cleaning it up through the day. As Hilton Diamond members we had free access to the breakfast buffet at the hotel. It was very nicely set up with tasty options. Spent the rest of the day reading on the beach or lounging in the pool. It was very quiet and relaxing, which is probably my highest compliment for any resort. There was music by the pool which i could have done without, but it was not too loud. That evening they had a manager's reception in the Bohio that we attended. They provided drinks (wine for us) and appetizers. Both were very good. We asked and found the wine they provided was the "reasonably" priced wine we had not gotten the night before. So we got a bottle of it and it was very nice. Not sure why we had not l

Zemi Beach House is hands down the chillest spot I’ve ever been to. The vibes here are off the charts – stunning views, pristine beach, and the kind of laid-back luxury that just feels right. The staff are super friendly and make you feel at home from the get-go. Plus, the food is absolutely killer. If you're looking for a slice of paradise where you can totally unwind, this is it. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful and quiet resort located on Shoal Bay. The beach right outside our room is exquisite. The meals that we’ve had here have been very good, but there are a lot of other dining options that a a short walk away. Our room is spectacular. Everything is new and modern and there is nothing left to desire. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our first room and they attempted to fix it immediately, but when they realized it was not going to be a quick fix, the manager upgraded us to a gorgeous beachfront room and transferred all of our luggage. We couldn’t be happier at this resort and will be returning for many years to come!

If you are looking for peace and quiet, beauty, and luxury service, this is your place. We loved our stay at Zemi Beach House. We had a beautiful ocean view room with a stunning view over Shoal Bay. The food at 20 Knots is wonderful. Most of all, the service is impeccable. We have also stayed at the Four Seasons on Anguilla and the two resorts are comparable in many ways. However, Zemi is smaller and much more personal. We preferred it over the Four Seasons (which is also stunning) for this reason. The gardens in the resort are also beautiful and we enjoyed the chirping of the birds throughout. We also enjoyed the wonderful musicians they hired on most nights, topped off by a homemade cookie in our room every evening. Enjoy!

An amazing property located on one of the best if not the best beach on Anguilla!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and well priced. We stayed for 2 nights using Hilton points. They upgraded us to an ocean view upon arrival. The room was very relaxing, amazing views and the bed was really comfortable. They also arrange for a taxi to bring us to the airport when we departed, which was around $26. There is a long beach to walk along. Gwen's Reggae Bar is just a 5 min walk down the beach. Live music on Sunday's from 1:30pm till sunset. Great drinks.

Forget Four Seasons! Forget Ritz Carlton! Zemi Beach is the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed. Gorgeous beach. Serene. Luxurious. Proud staff. The hotel covered every detail including sun tan lotion at the beach. Well, they could use two ply toilet paper. Food was top notch!!
