ExceptionalThanks a lot! We liked the hotel, large apartments with a beautiful view of the city and the sea! Friendly, polite staff, thank you very much Menuko and Faysol for the cleanliness of the room and attentiveness! There is a shopping center and a supermarket nearby - it’s very convenient!

ExceptionalThe rooms were very clean and organized. The receptionist at the pool area was very friendly and welcoming. Very wonderful services offered At thew dining area,I greatly appreciate the services offered by Aminata and Pratina in particular. My husband and I had a great time at Element Hotel. Look forward to visit you soon.

ExceptionalIt was my first time at the hotel and would probably go back again. It was a great hotel with a great breakfast experience. I went to the restaurant and the staff were all great specially Mr. Abdul Aziz. Thank you for the good treatment, for the welcoming and accommodating gestures. Hope to meet you there again soon when I come back, but the next time will be with my friends.

ExceptionalElement City Center is a convenient hotel for shopping and sightseeing, located near the mall. The rooms and pool facilities are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff, Aziz, Ashraf, Mr. Karama and Mrs Suteka, are also kind to my family. The cleaning staff, Clara, Eri and Yan, are also efficient and clean, so I always have a comfortable stay. They are always quick to respond to any issues, which is very helpful. Thanks to them, my stay in Qatar was wonderful.

ExceptionalThis is not my first time to visit Element City Centre Doha. And like my first (March 2024), they never fail us to give the best service and enjoy the best amenities they have. We only have 1 room but still the same superb service they gave to us before. Their House keeping team are the best! I have been experienced so many hotels here in Doha but so far the housekeeping team of Element City Centre is the best. They are very accommodating on our requests. They respond easily on our requests even its already late night - from cleaning of the living room, collecting of trash, providing extra sheets, additional slippers and dental kits. Thank you so much House Keeping Team. Even when the time we used the pool amenities, the house keeping manager visited us to asked if we need something and offer us an assistance. The facilities are spacious and clean. Overall, I will recommend this again and looking forward for the next stay here. Thank you Element City Centre Team!

ExceptionalTomorrow will be my second time to stay at element city centre Doha and I was reminded that the last visit I had was really amazing. I booked a single room (with a small living room) for my birthday that same day I checked in and to my suprise they upgraded my stay into 2 rooms with balcony and very beautiful view. The room is big and can accommodate numbers of guests. Every corner is very clean and they have a nice set of plates, cups, serving dishes and cutlery...name it they have it, no need to bring anything. The mattress is so relaxing and comfy. That is really one I am looking in a hotel cos I have a problem in my back. The people from reception to housekeeping are very nice and accommodating..and I forgot they even send me cake at my room as their birthday treat. Tomorrow I am excited again to stay with the element city center and to experience a fun and comfortable night. God bless Element

ExceptionalClean and modern hotel with a great staff. Very nice breakfast hence it’s complimentary. Very nice location, close to the mall, which makes it a good spot for shopping during your holiday as well. Rooms are spacious and clean, has everything for your stay, specially for long trips

ExceptionalWe had an amazing experience. My family and I would like to thank the reservation team, reception, and all the employees working at Element City Center Marriott. We booked an apartment for six people, and we lacked nothing. The apartment on the 35th floor was very spacious with a phenomenal view. It was well-appointed with all necessary amenities, clean, and the housekeeping staff was always very friendly. The restaurant was also excellent, offering daily variety and very good service. A 5-star plus experience!
