Very beautiful hotel...

ExceptionalVery beautiful hotel that really manages to take us back 100 years in time. Magnificent spaces and a very good breakfast. However, there is one big drawback: the water in the shower did not heat up enough, which makes bathing unpleasant at this time of winter.

ExcellentКрасивое историческое здание. Вокруг красиво. Номера хорошие, но хотелось бы больше комфорта и чистоты. Подушки были не очень удобные. Выбор еды в буфете хороший.

Very GoodI had a good experience, except in the reservation. I have payed for a king rom but i stayed in a classic room. I had detect this diference when i have made the check out. I complained in curia hotel and the say that reservation was comunicated for a classic room. I hope that you could explain and give me a compensation for this reservation error. I hope hearing from you soon. Kind regards João

GoodEs importante aclarar que la hora dé entrada es a las 3 de la tarde. Nosotros fuimos antes y nos tocó esperar aunque ña recepcionista luego nos dijo que podía ser las 4. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y la comida no nos gustó mucho hay restaurantes por la zona que merecen más la pena. El desayuno bastante bien
