ExceptionalQue fim de semana incrível! A conjugação perfeita de conforto, bom acolhimento e uma vista de mar imperdível. Ficámos num quarto bastante charmoso, os produtos para o banho de marca Portuguesa e de grande qualidade. Ideal para um fim de semana a dois.

Exceptional4 night stay taking part in the annual Ironman Cascais. The staff we fabulous and attentive to all our requests. Breakfast is excellent and relaxing with beautiful sea views. Tatiana and her colleagues on reception were so helpful and booked all our restaurant reservations and bike hire. Monday evening in Lisbon and the staff could not have been more attentive and gracious. The room was well kept and clean with very high standards.

ExceptionalThis is a truly lovely boutique hotel, with a beautiful garden often used for weddings. The ambience is relaxed and charming. The rooms are decorated with style, especially in the Villa rooms. In the main building the style is more traditional. The service is exceptional. The cuisine for lunch is also wonderful - the problem being that there is no bar or restaurant after 18.00. Overall a very charming hotel, to which I will return regularly.

ExceptionalMy husband and I stayed three nights at this beautiful hotel. The staff could not do enough to make our stay perfect. It is a lovely hotel with beautiful views of the Ocean. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. We loved how it was a little way away from the busy city. The breakfast was spectacular! It was perfect for us! Thank you so much to all the staff for all your assistance and friendly disposition. We are grateful for you hospitality.

ExceptionalWunderbare Location. Management kämpft etwas um den 5 Sterne- Standard im Service- Level. Leicht ineffizient und dysfunctional. Aber man kämpft tapfer und das Refugium ist zauberhaft und einzigartig genug gelegen, zudem geschmackvoll eingerichtet und insgesamt sympathisch, ich wäre immer wieder gerne zu Gast!

ExceptionalWow, we absolutely love this place. Such a great value for what you get - the employees are just so kind, friendly and helpful. EVERY single one of them - the front desk, the waiters, the cleaning people. The breakfast is fantastic and the lunches are even better. The food is so good. Then, you walk out front and there is a bike/walking path where you can walk to restaurants, city center (pretty far - 45 minutes but we loved it) and just get steps and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean across from you the entire time. The dinners across the street at Furnas and down the street at Monte Mar - just amazing! They literally show you the fish they caught that day, you choose it and they cook it. It doesn't get any fresher than that. Highly, highly recommend! The rooms could use some updating, but the balconies overlooking the ocean more than offset.

ExceptionalLiked the hotel a lot . Not a regular hotel but one with an authentic style to it . All tough it isn’t new but it is very well kept . Loved the pool and the special design of the rooms spread around a green grass lawn . The breakfast and lunch are served with a great view to the pool and gardens . Parking is available in the area with no extra cost .

ExceptionalO Hotel está muito bem localizado, bem arrumado e os quartos são de um tamanho ótimo.
O pequeno almoço está bom para o conceito de um boutique hotel.
Apenas dou 4 na limpeza, não é porque o quarto não estava limpo, ele estava bem limpo, mas apanhei alguns bicharocos a passearem, como uma lesma e uma aranha com tamanho simpático que era residente no wc.
Mas adorei e voltarei 🥂

ExcellentVery nice location in Cascais. Clean, comfortable rooms, nice swimming pool, bar and restaurant. Good food and good service. Comfortable meeting room. I like the breakfast, especially the fresh fruit. We enjoyed our stay for the meeting.

ExcellentHotel with several villas. Ours was nice, perfect garden and swimming pool. Perfect breakfast. Our twin bed was rather small. The bath and shower need renovation or repair. Very friendly staff. The bikes for renting are not good. Better go to the marina.

ExcellentThis hotel is nice and quiet with a 5 star staff working there but the hotel itself needs improvement to say it is 5 star. 1. There should be a kitchen open until 10 p.m. so you don't have to order food home. 2. Replace the beds, they are old and hard with bad pillows. 3 new TVs that have built-in chromecast. 4 a much better breakfast with vegetables on the table and a better selection of cold cuts and homemade scrambled eggs and hot coffee.

ExcellentWe stayed at the Senhora da Guia two nights. It is a very pretty hotel with nice rooms. They're not huge and frankly I thought we would have a little bit more of a view of the sea but that's just from the impression I had of a picture I saw in advance. It is VERY close and we did have a view!! The room was also a bit smaller than I expected considering the price. It has a cozy feel which is great. It's not one of those big modern places. The breakfast was very nice. I was disappointed because I chose it for the gym and the gym was under renovation. I think hotels should let their guest know about something like that in advance. The hotel is well located about 1 km outside the main part of town.

ExcellentWe were overall very happy staying here as we like to be a bit out of town. The breakfast is good however it needs to change more on a day to day basis.there was also a sewerage type smell in my room and my friends. Rooms 330 and 435. Everything else was great.

ExcellentVery comfortable hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good location outside of Cascais. Noisy road next door. Good car parking on site. A good walk to restaurants in the evening other than one restaurant opposite which was a great restaurant
