The Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan exceeded my expectations in every way, providing an exceptional stay. The hotel's prime location, panoramic views, outstanding cuisine, and warm hospitality all contributed to an unforgettable experience. During my July visit from Las Vegas, I created lasting memories with my aunt, and we were so impressed that I surprised her with a return stay for her birthday in August. The hotel's team, led by the supportive and kind Artak Minasyan, made this second stay truly special. I also appreciated the team's kindness in arranging a delicious cake to surprise my aunt during her birthday stay, which they executed flawlessly

My family and I only stayed for one night, as we only did a day trip to Dilijan from Yerevan, but it was such a lovely hotel! I would definitely come back and stay longer. Such beautiful views from the room balconies, as it's right against the forest. There is also a pool, a game room, and a sauna, but I didn't make use of those. I sat on the balcony reading for a bit. It's a very spacious hotel, with a lavish breakfast buffet provided in the morning. It also had free on-site parking, an elevator, and was very easy to navigate. Since I was travelling with older members of my family, Best Western was one of the few hotels in the area that were easily accessible (e.g., elevator, no required stairs, etc.). It's right off the highway, so easy to get to, and a short drive into the main area of Dilijan where there are several great restaurants!

This cosy and comfortable hotel offers all thpes of amenities for you to fully enjoy your vacation whether on business or family trip. Food is delicious, service is high quality! The area of the hotel is huge with open and closed swimming-pools where you can enjoy your day!

We completely enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan. The stuff was friendly and helpful. When we encountered any problem they found an immediate solution for it. Huge thanks to each of them especially Mrs Hermine who went above and beyond to make us feel part of a big family. We stayed in the family room. The room was clean. We had a beautiful view to the swimming pool. Breakfast was finger licking delicious. Cakes are must to try. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and absolutely loved it. It’s a bit pricy but worth it. Among other leisure activities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and table tennis) water aerobics and yoga are must to do at this hotel! While doing yoga at the open air terrace, you enjoy not only the process of yoga but also the nature. Overall, highly recommended!

this is a hotel in Dilijan, where there is everything for rest, competent breakfast, lunch, prepared not so that you just eat a piece of something and leave, but that you have something to compare with the quality of service. If there is a hotel, everything is here.

Superbe hôtel super accueil. Idéalement placé. Un merci spécial à Diana qui nous a reçu comme des rois. Allez y les yeux fermés. Le service est haut de gamme. En revanche le restaurant est moyen. La piscine top, le sauna aussi et la salle des billards extra pour se détendre après une excursion.

Отель понравился, регистрация быстрая. Жили в новом корпусе с видом на горы и бассейн. Номер не большой, но места достаточно. Кровать очень большая и очень удобная. Понравилось. Есть небольшой шум от дороги и если вы хотите лесной тишины, то машины будут напрягать. Два открытых бассейна и один крытый с сауной, джакузи и spa процедурами. Вода с подогревом, полотенца на лежаках. Хорошо) Завтрак понравился, все что нужно есть, персонал помогает, уютно. Ресторан прекрасен с очень заботливыми официантами. Еда в общем приготовлена хорошо. Понравился шашлык. Цены средние. В целом нам все понравилось, планируем вернуться, но места надо бронировать сильно заранее.

Гостеприимный отель, работает хорошая позитивная команда, oчень внимательный персонал, насыщенный завтрак с разнообразными вкуснятинами, отель окружен лесами,воздух. чистый и свежий.. если хотите отдохнуть от городского шума, обязательно приезжайте в наш небольшой, но с большим сердцем городок.рекомендую...

Excellent hotel with excellent location in Dilijan, extremely clean & comfortable . It is not our first visit to this hotel, but with every visit we discover something new here( a new pool!!!) Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisors Ashot and Lena deserve a special thanks. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. I am very pleased by the quality of the services that the hotel provided: rooms were nicely decorated and furnished, breakfast was delicious, swimming pools were clean (though we were there in summer and there were a lof of people), staff was friendly.

Hotel welcomes us with fresh juice and wide smiles. We were here for our wedding anniversary and surprisingly for us the reservation department had kept that information, and when we arrived our room was already decorated. We enjoyed every moment here. Lots of love everyone who made our visit so special.

On n’y accède en voiture ou en bus mais l’établissement mérite le detour cadre de verdure fleuri et paisible, piscine ouverte ou fermée salle de fitness et sauna pour ceux qui aiment ça la nourriture est très abondante et de qualité le personnel attentionné et aimable
