The guest room was quite cozy, although I encountered cockroaches on two occasions, which I couldn’t address since I was up in the mountains. The cleaning service was prompt, and the housekeeper was very responsive! The staff were friendly, and the food at the restaurant was exceptionally tasty. However, the only downside was that the public swimming pool was rather dirty. At night, in brightly lit areas, it was easy to spot floating debris in the water, reminiscent of dead skin cells... After noticing this, I quickly got out and decided not to return. Thankfully, the private pool in my room was very clean. Additionally, when I ordered room service over the phone, they delivered the wrong meal, which was more than what I had requested. The service staff informed me that I could order from the TV menu, but when we checked, the options on the TV didn’t include what we wanted, and they didn’t match the hotel restaurant menu either. Despite some minor hiccups, everything was ultimately resolved smoothly. The staff also mentioned that they would reach out to the IT department to update the TV menu. However, since I left the next day, I didn’t have the chance to see if the changes were made. Just a heads-up: the TV menu in the room might differ from what’s available in the restaurant.

Phòng khách rất thoải mái (tôi đã thấy gián hai lần, nhưng không có cách nào để xử lý vì tôi đang ở trên núi), việc dọn dẹp diễn ra kịp thời và nhân viên dọn phòng phản hồi rất nhanh chóng! Đội ngũ nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhà hàng phục vụ món ăn rất ngon! Nhược điểm duy nhất là bể bơi công cộng khá bẩn. Vào ban đêm, ở những nơi có đèn sáng, bạn có thể thấy rõ các vật nổi trong nước (giống như da chết của mọi người...) Sau khi thấy điều đó, tôi lập tức trèo ra và không bao giờ vào lại. May mắn thay, bể bơi riêng trong phòng rất vệ sinh. Khi gọi dịch vụ phòng qua điện thoại, món ăn bị giao nhầm, nhiều hơn so với những gì chúng tôi đã đặt. Nhân viên phục vụ nói rằng chúng tôi có thể đặt món từ menu trên TV, nhưng chúng tôi kiểm tra tại chỗ và thấy rằng menu trên TV không có món chúng tôi muốn và không nhất quán với menu trong nhà hàng khách sạn. Mặc dù có một số tình huống nhỏ xảy ra, nhưng cuối cùng cũng đã được giải quyết hoàn hảo. Nhân viên cũng nói rằng họ sẽ liên hệ với bộ phận IT để hoàn thiện menu trên TV của chúng tôi. The resort is beautiful, well-equipped, and private. Visiting in the summer is recommended to enjoy more services and activities. I visited near Christmas, and the island experienced many storms with lots of wind and very cold rain, so I stayed indoors to enjoy the view. The wind here is extremely strong, shaking the entire house. Villa 30 at Rock Hill is beautifully designed with a swimming pool fed by natural spring water at the back of the house on the edge of the forest, a living room bar with ocean views, a spacious bedroom, and a soaking tub on the ground floor. Everything is warm and convenient. This villa is close to a restaurant, making it a short walk away. The resort is large, offering activities like boating, fishing, swimming, mountain climbing, bathing in streams, spa services, cooking classes, and cycling around the island. Even if you stay for two days, you might not have enough time to experience everything. The staff is friendly. A downside was when I paid via Agoda, the payment was deducted, but upon check-in, the receptionist still asked for my card (I wasn't informed beforehand, so I didn't bring it). Another annoyance was the staff repeatedly reminding me of the check-out time, even though I had just checked in and was heading out to dinner. After a night of strong winds, trees and thatched roofs fell all over the villa, causing me to have allergic reactions and itchiness all over.

Tôi đi vào dịp gần Noel, đảo có nhiều bão gió, mưa lạnh, nên chỉ ở trong phòng ngắm cảnh. Gió ở đây rất mạnh, rung lắc cả ngôi nhà. Villa 30 ở Rock Hill được thiết kế đẹp với hồ bơi từ nước suối tự nhiên ở phía sau nhà, nằm ở bìa rừng, quầy bar phòng khách có tầm nhìn ra biển, phòng ngủ rộng rãi và phòng tắm bồn ở tầng trệt. Mọi thứ đều ấm áp và tiện lợi. Villa này gần nhà hàng nên đi bộ rất thuận tiện. Khu nghỉ dưỡng rộng lớn, có nhiều hoạt động như chèo thuyền, câu cá, bơi biển, leo núi, tắm suối, spa, lớp học nấu ăn, đạp xe quanh đảo... khiến bạn dù ở hai ngày vẫn có thể không đủ thời gian để trải nghiệm hết. Nhân viên thân thiện. Điểm trừ là khi tôi thanh toán qua Agoda, tiền đã bị trừ nhưng khi nhận phòng, lễ tân vẫn yêu cầu xuất trình thẻ (không được thông báo trước nên tôi không mang theo). Một điều khó chịu khác là nhân viên liên tục nhắc về giờ trả phòng dù tôi vừa mới nhận phòng và chỉ vừa bước ra nhà hàng ăn tối. Sau một đêm gió lớn, cây cối và mái nhà tranh rụng đầy villa, tôi bị dị ứng và ngứa khắp người.

Warm and very refreshing natural environment.

Despite its stunning vistas, the hotel's charm was marred by an invasion of rainforest cockroaches. The quality of service, food, and hospitality was commendable. However, I hesitate to recommend it to others due to my experience of having to remove approximately twenty peppered cockroaches from both the pool and my room over a span of two days. Despite the hotel's concerted efforts, the persistent issue of bugs emerging from the ground seemed insurmountable. Upon reviewing other guests' feedback, it appears I was unfortunate to stay during a period of heightened insect activity. In conclusion, I found it difficult to justify the $600 per night expense given the ongoing pest problems.

The villa is very cozy with a beautiful sea view. You know you will have a relaxing journey when you just arrive there. The activities the villa arranged are also interesting like hiking. Anh is a very professional and friendly person who definitely made us have such a great experience.

Great staff and great architecture, very private room with everything prepared and taken care of. Butler was very considerate and helpful. Kayaking and yoga were fun. I had a great time with family here and will definitely come back again.

Very very nice!!!! It was my first trip to Vietnam. The weather was hot, but the accommodation and the island where I arrived were made up of green forests and trees, so it was really cool and happy. The private swimming pool also had clean water, so I had to swim. The food was also delicious and it was good thanks to the assistant who helped us live our lives.

Our 2-night stay at L'Alya Ninh Van Bay was truly fantastic. The private beach and sunbeds, reserved only for guests, offered stunning views. The beachfront restaurant, which serves as the main dining venue, provided delicious meals. In the mornings, we had the unique experience of seeing monkeys visit our accommodation. If you quietly leave something like a banana on the terrace before heading to breakfast, the monkeys will come and enjoy it. The staff were incredibly friendly, and our butler, Vu, was especially dedicated and attentive to all our needs.

L‘ Alya is A luxurious, chic resort. A wonderful place to stay. 전날 새벽 비행기로 와서, 그 다음날 랄리아에서 1박하고 나왔는데 정신없이 나트랑 도착하고 살짝 시내구경 한 후에 랄리아에서 여유롭게 놀면서 쉬니까 너무 좋았어요. 숙소도 좋고, 모든 직원들이 다 친절했어요. 자전거 타고 돌아 다니고, 낚시도하고, 수영도 마음껏하고 추천합니다. 밥값이나 그런게 한국물가랑 비슷해서 점심 저녁 먹었는데 13만원 정도 나왔어요. 저는 1박정도가 딱 좋았던거 같아요 ㅎ

Beautiful boutique resort on the island. Great choice for nature lovers and honeymooners. My whole stay was fantastic starting from a warm welcome at the boat l lounge till the farewell. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Special touch with personal greeting from GM Bruno. Also duty manager Anh was very welcoming and efficient. I enjoyed a lot kayaking in the bay. The dinner with local specialties and catch of the day was exquisite and delicious. Highly recommended

Our 5-day stay at L'Alya resort was the definition of paradise. Our villa was beautiful, the pool was amazing, and we were provided with everything we needed. Each meal and drink were expertly crafted! The beach was relaxing, and kayaking was fun. The staff throughout the resort outdid themselves on customer service. Thao, our butler, was kind, helpful, and went out of her way to get us what we requested. We felt like family at L'alya. We will miss it and look forward to the day we can return.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! The staff were incredible and made me feel so welcome. My butler, Diep, was fantastic and took care of everything I needed. Vy, who worked at the restaurant, was also wonderful and made every meal special. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The resort itself was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for a peaceful getaway. I highly recommend this resort. The great service from my Butler, Diep, and one of the staffs, Vy (all the staffs were incredible but I only remember her name clearly!), made my stay truly unforgettable.

Our stay at L'Ayla was amazing. Our butler Vu was great with us. The views, the natural setting of the hotel and the peace and quiet are incomparable. We did a Jungle Trial where we had an amazing time hiking the mountain, kayaking on the hotel's private beach, a cooking class, a coffee class and a phenomenal massage. The restaurant has tasty dishes and the breakfast is plentiful with natural products grown in the hotel itself. The private villas are magical, with all kinds of luxuries with the understanding that you are in the middle of a natural environment. In the morning you can see monkeys in the trees while swimming in the pool or squirrels scurrying among the lizards. It was a great experience, highly recommended and one to repeat!

We arrived and were absolutely overwhelmed by the place, the staff and of course Diep, who made our stay a complete 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back as it's the best most peaceful and relaxing holiday we have ever had. We spent 3 weeks in Vietnam and this resort was the best for sure! We stayed in the Lagoon Pool Villa which was absolutely private and secluded. I think we had neighbours but we never heard anything so it was possible to totally relax. I appreciated the cool tropical bedroom with a window just above the head - I preferred it open so I woke up to the sounds of birds. And having your own pool is perfect for a morning dip. The hotel offers lots of activities besides just a beautiful infinity pool - we had a yoga class, sunset cruise with a bottle of champagne and some delicious seafood snacks. After I showed this on Instagram everyone was so jealous:) One of the strongest points of the resort is their restaurant - all of the dishes we ordered were absolutely yummy - they grow oysters right there so I do recommend getting the fresh oyster set. Also, we did enjoy steaks - by the way - the size is no joke. One steak could be good for 2 people. And then of course their signature lemon cake - I ordered it with every meal. The resort is not in the city - we took a Grab from Nha Trang to the boat station - about 30 minutes drive and $10. It’s really cool that they have a lounge there so they can check you in and you do not need to register when you actually arrive. By the way, our butler was the best - always there to help, got us to the restaurant, even suggested to show their local monkeys. Totally recommend spending your little getaway here!
