Staying at this hotel was quite an unusual experience. The staff were not very accommodating. There is a sauna, but I was told to leave after 20 minutes because someone else needed it? The bathtub was there, but the water never got warm enough to use. There was no toilet paper or soap in the room. Despite hanging the "please clean the room" sign, it was not cleaned. Strange noises persisted throughout the night (one like a distant fire alarm, another resembling a grasshopper). Construction starting at 08:00 made it difficult to sleep. Someone attempted to airplay inappropriate content to our TV twice. There were large cobwebs in the stairwell, stains on the towels, and overall dust and dirt in the room. Not the cleanliness one would expect from a hotel in this price range. An interesting experience... but not a positive one.

I am highly pleased with ksan right from the moment they assisted me with a late check-in due to a flight delay caused by bad weather (past 11 PM). Prior to that, ksan also agreed to hold the room for me until 8 AM the following morning. On the last day, it was raining heavily when we arrived at Hue station, but the staff provided us with umbrella assistance. The rooms and accommodations are arranged in an open-space layout (though lacking an elevator, which is a minor drawback), making them spacious and very relaxing. There are multiple check-in corners available for guests because the hotel is styled like a boutique, blending Vietnamese elements with rich brown and green wood tones. The pricing is reasonable, and there's even a complimentary jacuzzi and sauna service for guests to use for changing or relaxation purposes, even after checking out early like I did. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service; everyone is friendly and always ready to help when needed.

Ngày cuối cùng, khi đến ga Huế, trời mưa như trút nhưng nhân viên đã cho mình một chiếc dù để che mưa. Phòng và căn hộ được bố trí không gian mở (mặc dù không có thang máy, đây là một điểm yếu nhỏ) nên rất thoáng và thư thái. Có nhiều góc check-in cho khách vì khách sạn được trang trí theo phong cách boutique kết hợp với nét đặc trưng của Việt Nam với nhiều gam màu gỗ nâu và xanh. Giá cả cũng hợp lý và có dịch vụ xông hơi và jacuzzi miễn phí cho khách (ngay cả khi đã trả phòng sớm như mình) để sử dụng thay đồ hoặc thư giãn. Tổng thể, mình rất hài lòng với dịch vụ, mọi người rất thân thiện và luôn hỗ trợ mình khi cần.

The rooms are pleasant and clean, except for the very cozy bathroom. The location is ideal. It's relatively quiet, yet conveniently close to downtown. The service is excellent.

Very accessible location to the imperial city and walking distance from some nice bars and cafes. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel at impressively reasonable price. Rooms are stylish and very comfortable. The hotel is approx. 15 minute walk to the Citadel and located on a vibrant street with cool cafes. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Strong recommend!!

Beyond expectations! Check in/out were breezy, and very kind and helpful receptionists, helped us with airport transfer with good price and some recommendations in this city. Hotel was modernly designed and decorated with quality fittings & furniture. It had sauna facility, no lift but staircase was enough for us. Loved the room, aircond was already on before our arrival which was a very nice gesture(it’s summer month). everything worked well and nicely designed, separate shower and toilet just not bright enough. Bathtub outside of shower room made the ambiance fancy and classy. Scooter rental available with good price, eateries and cafes around, no hassle. It’s highly competitive with the price we paid for this stay, low price with high quality. Thank you

While the staff are very nice and helpful, we were somewhat disappointed by our stay. Positive: Small hotel located away from the tourist areas on a quiet street within walking distance to many of the sights. Negative: - Room was very dark. - Poor lighting in the bathroom made it hard to use the mirror. - The closet vanity doors could not be fully opened on one side due to the hanging curtain. - No mini-fridge present (though there was a price guide for its contents in the room) - Dust under cabinets.

L'hôtel est très bien placé, non loin de la Cité Imperiale et de nombreux restaurants. Pour le ménage ils pourraient faire un petit effort, literie très dure... Nous avions une télévision mais qui malheureusement ne nous permettait pas de voir les news.. Petit bémol, les personnes à la réception très charmantes mais difficile de communiquer en anglais... Mais pour le prix c'est vraiment correct

Pessima esperienza in questo hotel. Dallo staff poco cordiale che spesso neanche salutava alla poca pulizia della camera. Le stanze tutto sommato sono carine e con tutti i comfort e la posizione è abbastanza buona e centrale. Lo staff dell'hotel non parlava inglese e spesso era scostante e disattento. Non mi è mai successo di dormire in una stanza così sporca neanche un hotel di più basso livello. Acceso il condizionatore si è alzata polvere ovunque. C'erano le ragnatele sui muri e polvere su ogni mobile. Al che controllando sotto i mobili ci siamo accorti che c'erano due centimetri di polvere oltre a fazzoletti e altra sporcizia. Tra una notte e l'altra abbiamo chiesto di pulire la stanza lasciando i mobili spostati per far notare che era sporco. Hanno rimesso i mobili al loro posto ma era ancora pieno di polvere. L'aria condizionata inoltre non funziona benissimo ed è molto rumorosa. Buon prezzo (35€/notte) ma preferisco spendere di più e avere la massima igiene.

We stayed at this gorgeous little place for 2 nights. The location was great, the vibe was relaxed & laid back, & the artdeco design was amazing. Their staff, especially Quy were also very helpful. Quy helped us organise our motorcycle ride from Hue to Hoi An & provided useful advice regarding stops & safely. We couldn’t be happier with their service.

We had a truly fantastic stay at the Chum Bucket. The staff (in particular Ricky) went above and beyond to help us and make our stay perfect. We had laundry turned around in record time and our room was immaculate. Incredibly clean, very large and very comfortable bed. Shower was hot and powerful and towels so fluffy. Walking distance to most things in Hue too. Would recommend to anyone - phenomenal value for money! (We were a couple).

The location couldn't be better and their staff is fantastic and very helpful (they speak English too). I particularly enjoyed having a bathtub in the room. It was a treat of a place.
