This place is absolutely delightful. It offers a wide range of amenities to enhance your leisure time such as a gym, swimming pool, espa for luxurious massages, a golfing area overlooking the serene lake, a playground, and much more. I highly recommend it. The accommodations are superb with comfortable beds, impeccably clean bathrooms, and spacious rooms. In the room I stayed, the minibar items were complimentary and restocked daily, although I'm uncertain if this applies universally. It's slightly removed from the city center, which suits me perfectly as the area is quieter. The service provided by the staff is exceptional. The restaurant serves a variety of European and local dishes, ensuring there's something for everyone. The pricing is reasonable, especially considering the quality. I opted for a room inclusive of buffet breakfast, offering everything from pastries and sweet toast to fried eggs, bacon, rice, fruits, and more. In my opinion, it's a stellar hotel. While I'm here on business, I look forward to returning with my wife to explore Vietnam, and we'll certainly choose this hotel for our stay. I can't recommend it enough—just come and enjoy!

Khách sạn này có rất nhiều dịch vụ để bạn thư giãn như phòng tập gym, hồ bơi, khu vực espa để thư giãn với những buổi massage, sân bắn súng hướng ra hồ để chơi golf, sân chơi cho trẻ em và nhiều hơn nữa. Điều này thực sự đáng khuyến khích. Các phòng ở đây rất tuyệt vời với chiếc giường tuyệt vời, phòng tắm luôn sạch sẽ và rộng rãi. Trong phòng mình ở, các vật phẩm trong minibar đều miễn phí và được bổ sung mỗi ngày, tuy nhiên không biết có phải như vậy ở tất cả các phòng không. Khách sạn này có đôi chút xa trung tâm nhưng điều này thích hợp với tôi vì khu vực yên tĩnh hơn. Dịch vụ của nhân viên rất tuyệt vời. Tại nhà hàng, bạn có thể thưởng thức đồ ăn châu Âu và cũng có đặc sản của khu vực, có rất nhiều lựa chọn. Giá cả không quá đắt đỏ. Tôi đã chọn phòng có bữa sáng buffet và bạn có thể chọn từ bánh ngọt, bánh mì nướng, trứng chiên, thịt ba chỉ, cơm, trái cây, v.v... Với tôi, đây là một khách sạn rất tuyệt vời. Tôi đến đây trong chuyến công tác nhưng trong tương lai tôi sẽ quay lại với vợ để khám phá Việt Nam và nhất định sẽ đến lưu trú tại khách sạn này. Tôi không biết nên nói gì thêm ngoài việc mời bạn đến và tận hưởng.

Situated on the Ho Tay waterfront, this Western-style luxury hotel offers a unique experience. A premier driving range extends into the lake. The restaurant serves a blend of Eastern and Western cuisines, including a Sunday brunch with an omelet station. Despite friendly servers and overall attentive service, my two visits were marred by delayed order-taking and tea/coffee service. However, once addressed, the service notably improved. The facility also features conference and meeting rooms for large gatherings.

We spent seven nights and really enjoyed the hotel and it's amenities. The gym and the sauna were surprisingly good. It was too cold to use the outdoor pool but it looked very tempting. The location was great - outside of the noise and the pollution of the old quarter but close enough that everything was within reach.

Visiting Hanoi, hotel was nice, rooms nice staff great, good facilities. The hotel has a focus on golf (great range into the lake) but it's a shame about the golf clus for hire if guests don't have their own clubs - I know it's a really minor issue but would encourage the hotel management to at least provide more up-to-date equipment, afterall guests are paying to use the equipment. Otherwise nice Hanoi hotel, would return.

Very nicely located hotel, away from the noise of Hanoi but close enough to everywhere. What it lacks in modernity, it makes up for in ambiance and tranquility. Good and reliable hotel in the heart of tay ho.
