It's a luxurious and high-end resort, where attention to detail matters immensely. Throughout the night, there was a persistent leak from the boiler, leaving the shower and toilet floor constantly wet. Beside the bed, there was only one outlet, occupied by a mattress warmer, making it impossible to relocate the heater. Despite expectations of cleanliness, there were stray hairs in the sink and shower. The supposed plush and comfortable bed had a noticeable dip in the center, rendering it uncomfortable to sleep on; I resorted to layering towels to cushion it and avoid waking up with a sore back. However, the rooms themselves are stunning, offering beautiful views and serene gardens, while the breakfast provided is delightful.

Và tệ hơn nữa, chiếc giường đầu tiên được cho là êm ái và sang trọng, thực sự có một 'hố' ở giữa nệm và tôi không thể ngủ trên đó và phải tìm cách che chắn bằng khăn tắm, để không bị đau lưng vào ngày hôm sau. A place that is truly worth the money. I will definitely return next time.

A particularly filthy mouse darted out from a wooden wall panel right above the bed. Moreover, after 10 pm, you'll find yourself cut off from both human contact and access to food once room service ceases. It's crucial to take into account epidemiological risks and general well-being if you're contemplating a stay at this resort. The service I received was subpar, and the maintenance of the property was lacking. An extremely dirty mouse emerged from a wooden wall panel located at the head of the bed. Furthermore, once room service stops at 10 p.m., you will be isolated from both people and food. Please exercise caution regarding the potential for disease and the overall welfare considerations if you are thinking about staying at this resort.

I booked this resort in June. You won't be able to imagine how beautiful it is. The beauty of the scenery here made us feel extremely relaxed. The staff were enthusiastic and speaked fluent English. Ly could speak German very fluently, making our communication even easier, shout out to her. Thank you very much for a memorable vacation.

Super hotel lodges avec vue sur la vallée à l écart du tumulte de Sapa. Piscine, Spa, salle de sport, rien ne manque. Les enfants sont ravis. Très fréquenté par les vietnamiens. Pas de touristes arrogants. Que dire d autre que c est un des plus beau endroits du Vietnam avec la bonne météo ici. Que du bonheur. Je recommande sans hésitation.

It was an Amazing stay here. We got free upgrades from the Mountain View to the panorama view rooms and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a couple of issues with language barrier but not a hard problem to solve, just come to reception to check everything. Amazing stay, would highly recommend!!!

cozy place with a great atmosphere of nature. it was a good price to have all those experiences of an indigenous resort in sapa. sjh provided us a healing trip with a spa, infinity pool and best scenery where we couln't find in anywhere else.

I stayed at the resort for 3 nights. My room is absolutely beautiful, comfortable and clean. I recommend this place to all and everybody like me, who wants a Boutique resort that is located not far from the center of Sapa. During day time you can go to Tus De Liab coffee to have some drinks and look at/take some pictures with wonderful view. All the staffs are very friendly, well-trained, super helpful and thoughtful. Hope to stay again in the future.

Đi cùng gia đình dịp lễ, chất lượng đồ ăn sáng, ăn tối & phiên chợ chất lượng trung bình. Phòng nghỉ bị ồn bởi người bán dưa hấu bật loa cả ngày.

Location - The view is overrated as all the roads and constructions are in plain sight with tons of vehicle noise. Room - Terrible, we came back to our room full of ants and ant eggs that seemed to fall from the roof. To make it worse the room had been made up by the housekeeping. We got a swap of a new room but it was full of flies in the room itself and we had to use the mosquito swatter to eradicate the pests before we were able to fall asleep. Service - We need to call for the buggy service each time we need to leave our room for meals or to go for the site seeing as the room is an extended part of the resort. Each time we called for the service, we were told to wait outside the room (full of flies around), at times we waited for close to an hour. Crew - Best Crew award goes to the mosquito swatter, without it, we wouldn't be able to sleep in peace. The rest of the crew are basically just VERY concerned about whether we purchased the tickets for the attractions or have booked the transport to the city. Generally only recommend this place as a bed and breakfast instead of enjoying it like a resort.
