Flying from Saigon airport in the morning, I had a perfect stay with an ideal location, great amenities, and friendly staff.

This place is absolutely not worth staying at. While we were out for dinner, our room was burglarized in just 30 minutes, despite never leaving the hotel premises. The suspicious behavior of the staff, who delayed our room access, strongly suggests an inside job. Later that night, there was another attempt to enter our room, but luckily, we had a portable door lock for added security. Another major reason to avoid this establishment is their appalling food service. While observing meal preparation, we witnessed the chef picking his nose so deeply it seemed like he was performing surgery on himself, and he didn't bother washing his hands at all! The rooms are incredibly small, and the hotel lacks basic amenities. The bed sheets smelled unwashed from the previous occupant, and there's no complimentary breakfast or provided toiletries. It's noisy and definitely not safe for women. Moreover, the hallway lights malfunction at night due to faulty sensors. The level of customer service is abysmal. UPDATE: Despite the hotel's claim of CCTV coverage, it's clear they are just gaslighting. Even after multiple discussions, they refuse to provide any footage of our check-in, with or without the stolen item! They have also ignored all our complaints regarding the chef.

Khi chúng tôi nhìn thấy bữa ăn được chuẩn bị, đầu bếp đã đút ngón tay vào mũi anh ta sâu đến nỗi có lẽ anh ta đã tự làm thao tác phẫu thuật não. Anh ta không hề rửa tay lần nào! Các phòng rất nhỏ và khách sạn thiếu tiện nghi. Bộ ga trải giường bốc mùi như chúng không được giặt sạch từ khi khách trước đến. Không có bữa sáng miễn phí. Không có dầu gội/xả. Ồn ào. Đây không phải là nơi an toàn cho phụ nữ. Không có đèn hành lang vào ban đêm (chúng được cài đặt cảm biến nhưng không hoạt động đúng cách). Dịch vụ khách hàng kém cỏi. CẬP NHẬT: Mặc dù khách sạn khẳng định dưới đây rằng họ đã kiểm tra phạm vi quay camera an ninh, hãy chắc rằng đây chỉ là hành vi mâu thuẫn. Ngay cả sau khi nói chuyện với họ, họ vẫn từ chối cho xem lại cảnh chúng tôi vào phòng với hoặc không có vật phẩm bị mất! Họ cũng đã phớt lờ toàn bộ khiếu nại của chúng tôi về đầu bếp.

Exceptional team and excellent bang for your buck! Ideal for a quick nap pre-flight, especially during long layovers. The bistro's room service is superb, along with their efficient shuttle service. The rooms are fully air-conditioned and conveniently located.

Hotel have good service to go to airport. They have bus with time stable to pick up from hotel to airport and and opposites. They prepare breakfast if you have early morning flight and call serVice wake up

Fantastic little gem right by the airport. Rooftop Pool, Bar and Restaurant was amazing. Great for Plane Spotters who enjoy watching planes land and takeoff. Rooms were comfortable, Beds were great. Would highly recommend.

Although I come to the hotel early, but they support me to check-in once they have room available. The free shuttle bus is very convenient.
