Our family stayed here for 3 nights, but the price was far too high given the room's condition. The resort's garbage accumulates right at the entrance, and near the lobby, there are various containers holding dirty water. Immediately upon entering the room, we encountered trash scattered by cats all day without anyone cleaning it up—it was truly disappointing for the money we spent. The pathway to the room was dark and damp, the bathroom didn't drain properly, and the breakfast was of such poor quality that we will never return.

We spent two nights at the hotel with my wife, our 4-year-old daughter, and three other families. I made the hotel reservation over the phone, and Ms. Hoa from the Sales & Marketing department assisted me, sending room photos and details via social media. She patiently answered all my questions and showed great hospitality. I requested one room for my family and another for our friends, asking for the best available. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that she had arranged superlative accommodations for us. Compared to our friends who booked through Agoda, our rooms were significantly better, and we even received afternoon tea service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I would recommend guests to spend more time at the hotel enjoying the picturesque surroundings, taking walks by the lake, kayaking, canoeing, and other enjoyable activities. The breakfast was delicious and of high quality. We had a peaceful weekend in the woods. Ms. Hoa also mentioned their hotel in Phan Thiet, which we are keen to visit next time, and we would definitely book through her again. Thank you so much, Ms. Bich Hoa. You are the best!

Tôi đã đặt phòng khách sạn thông qua điện thoại, chị Hoa từ phòng Kinh doanh và Marketing đã giúp tôi đặt phòng, gửi hình ảnh và chi tiết phòng qua mạng xã hội. Chị ấy rất kiên nhẫn và nhiệt tình, trả lời mọi câu hỏi của tôi. Cuối cùng, tôi yêu cầu chị đặt một phòng cho gia đình tôi và một phòng cho gia đình bạn bè, nói rằng 'Cho chúng tôi phòng tốt nhất'. Khi đến khách sạn, chúng tôi rất bất ngờ khi thực tế nhận được những phòng rất đẹp. So với hai gia đình bạn bè còn lại, họ đặt phòng qua Agoda và phòng của chúng tôi đẹp hơn rất nhiều, thậm chí còn có dịch vụ trà chiều. Chúng tôi rất thích khách sạn này. Nếu bạn đến đó, tôi khuyên bạn nên ở lại khách sạn và tận hưởng khung cảnh xung quanh bằng cách dạo bộ dọc bờ hồ, nơi có các hoạt động như kayak, chèo thuyền kayak và một số hoạt động khác rất thú vị. The air quality was pleasant, but I was worried about insects coming from the accommodation and the machinery noise.

A perfect retreat for families after exhausting workdays!!! My family first visited when my kids were young, and returning now feels just like before, preserving the nostalgic Dalat atmosphere! The food and scenery remain superb!!!

The location and scenery are stunningly beautiful. It's incredibly peaceful here. The breakfast offered is decent with a wide selection, though we were disappointed by the abundance of pork options which we don't consume. It would be great to see more variety with fish, chicken, and vegetarian options. However, the salad, omelette, bread, and kimchi were excellent. There were also some fruit choices, although they could be more diverse—perhaps due to limited fruit availability this time of year? The highlight was their amazing coffee machine. One downside is the high cost of using pedalos here; it's much cheaper to take a taxi 10 minutes north of the lake. The scenery isn't as picturesque there compared to the resort though. It's unfortunate that there are no bicycles available for rent or complimentary use. Having a moped or motorbike would certainly make transportation easier here as Grab isn't readily available. There's an adorable coffee shop a 45-minute walk south around the lake, and to the north, we found the most delicious food and good coffee near the pedalo rental area. However, the dinner experience at Edensee was disappointing. We ordered braised chicken, but the quality of meat was poor—mostly gristle and bones for a hefty price. Especially considering we enjoyed far better food just a 10-minute drive north for less money, this was disappointing. Hopefully, they can make some improvements or reconsider their pricing strategy. Perhaps we made a mistake as the afternoon tea looked promising. We would return for the natural beauty but dine elsewhere. The free-roaming peacocks added a charming touch. The resort has a small gym with a few machines; it's decent enough with two treadmills, some free weights, and various weight-training machines. We didn't use the spa due to excessively high prices, knowing we could pay a fraction of the cost at our next destination. The beds were incredibly comfortable, although the pillows were too thick for our preference. The room itself was impeccably clean.

Xét về việc chúng tôi đã có món ăn ngon nhất chỉ cách đây 10 phút lái xe về phía bắc và trả ít tiền hơn gấp đôi, điều này thực sự là một điều đáng tiếc. Everything is satisfactory compared to a 5-star resort except for a one-hour power outage due to an unexpected error reported by the call center, which led me to rate this resort 3 stars. However, I believe such issues are very rare. --------- The above was my review from last year, and I'm now writing another review for my second visit last weekend ------------- As mentioned earlier, the only complaint I have is the power outage issue. During my second visit, this did not recur, and other services were excellent, such as: - The staff are helpful and incredibly friendly, always ready to assist customers and create a pleasant atmosphere wherever we go. - Good breakfast options. - There are heaters in the bedroom and bathroom, which made us feel warm during Dalat city's cold season. - We visited with our 8-month-old baby, and the staff provided excellent support to ensure we had an enjoyable time. These reasons have changed my opinion, and I am upgrading my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.

I embarked on a two-day family trip to Da Lat and opted for Edensee based on my friend's recommendation. Having experienced Edensee's services, I strongly advise giving it a try when planning a trip to Da Lat. The serene green environment, far removed from the city's hustle and bustle, promises a delightful experience during your travels in Asia.

レイクビュースイートに泊まりました。クジャクがお出迎えしてくれて素晴らしいスタートを切れました。部屋も清潔で広くてヒーターがあり、夜も寒くなく快適に過ごせました。アクティビティも充実していて、カヤックとオートボートで湖を散策しました。朝食のバイキングは、質が高くてとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で素晴らしかったです。また是非泊まりたいホテルです。
