The room itself is incredibly snug and inviting. The furnishings are of premium quality, blending colors and textures harmoniously. It feels like stepping into a carefully curated piece of art. Despite limited choices, the breakfast was surprisingly delightful. I'm convinced the chef is anything but amateurish. Areas for improvement: The most significant drawback was the lack of professionalism among the reception staff. The woman at the desk seemed rather disinterested and frequently preoccupied with phone calls, failing to acknowledge my presence even with a simple gesture to indicate she needed a moment. The man spoke hurriedly, making it necessary for me to repeat my inquiries multiple times to grasp the information. Overall, their lack of sufficient eye contact and hospitality made me feel unwelcome. Another disappointment was encountering a family of ants on the table upon entering the room. The breakfast options during my stay were quite limited: either noodles with eggs or egg sandwiches. While I understand the constraints due to Covid, there's certainly room for improvement in the breakfast offerings. Final thoughts: A little more eye contact and a smile during interactions with guests would go a long way. It's a small gesture that can greatly enhance the guest experience.

I arrived at the hotel only to be told that there were no available rooms. They initially offered to cancel my reservation and suggested I find another place to stay. Despite arriving at 8 pm after an evening flight, I was suddenly tasked with finding accommodation for myself and three children. It was frustrating that the hotel had made an error and expected us to resolve the situation ourselves. After some time, they informed me that my booking was for a homestay and advised me to take a Grab to get there. Upon arrival, the host requested immediate payment. I contacted the hotel, and they assured me that they would transfer the necessary funds. After about 20 minutes, the payment was processed, and I was finally shown to my room. By then, it was already 11 pm, leaving me no time to arrange for dinner. To add to the ordeal, when checking out, I confirmed with the hotel staff if breakfast was included as per my reservation. They assured me that breakfast would be available at the new location. However, upon arrival at the new place, there was no breakfast service provided. They explained that this was due to booking a room higher in price than their standard, yet the room's condition was so poor that I wouldn't have stayed even if it were complimentary. This hotel was a complete scam. I had spent a considerable amount on travel expenses only to experience such disappointment and lack of consideration for their guests' time. I strongly advise against making any reservations at this establishment. The memory of my children in tears due to the difficulties we faced still haunts me.

Khi bước vào phòng đã là 11 giờ đêm và tôi không thể làm gì cho buổi tối đó. Không chỉ vậy, khi tôi chuyển từ khách sạn, tôi đã hỏi nhân viên liệu đặt phòng có bao gồm bữa sáng không, và họ nói là có bữa sáng ở nơi mới, nhưng khi tôi đến đó, không hề có bữa sáng. Họ giải thích đó là vì họ đã đặt phòng đắt hơn so với phòng của họ, nhưng tình trạng của phòng quá tệ đến mức dù cho họ đưa cho tôi cũng không muốn ngủ. Đó là một khách sạn lừa đảo hoàn toàn. Tôi đã chi tiêu rất nhiều tiền cho chuyến đi này, nhưng lại phải ở một khách sạn tồi tệ không màng đến bồi thường thời gian. Đừng bao giờ đặt phòng ở đây. Hình ảnh ba đứa trẻ của tôi khóc thét vì họ gặp khó khăn vẫn hiện về trong đầu tôi.

Hotel is located further in the alley, good location for a peaceful sleep compared to hotels in D1. Walls are comparatively thin, able to hear people or doors from the same level. Good hospitality and simple breakfast is included at this price point.
