The location offers a beautiful view, though it is a bit distant from the center, making each trip slightly costly. However, opting for the view means accepting this inconvenience. The breakfast is decent but not very diverse.

Vị trí có tầm nhìn đẹp, hơi xa trung tâm nên mỗi lần di chuyển tốn kém một chút, nhưng đã chọn view thì phải chấp nhận sự bất tiện này. Bữa sáng khá ổn nhưng không phong phú lắm.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious. The staff is professional and provides good customer support. There are many beautiful landscapes for guests to capture in photos. It is unfortunate that the epidemic has impacted the hotel's business.

The valley view is exceptionally tranquil. The staff is friendly, always smiling and greeting guests. One minor drawback is that the room amenities (compared to other 5-star hotels like FLC, ...) are not as extensive + the breakfast buffet lacks variety and isn't particularly delicious (however, the dining area offers a magnificent valley view).

Really nice, clean hotell with stunning views. It is actually closer to Sapa center then it looks on Google maps. And if you are to tired to walk 8 minutes to the center they offer free shuttle service. Great restaurants near by that are both better and cheaper than the ones in the actual center. Highly recommend staying here.

Khu nghỉ khá gần trung tâm, chỗ đỗ xe thoải mái, mình ở phòng deluxe valley nên view rất đẹp, ks mới đẹp dv ổn, đồ ăn ngon ăn trưa tối gọi món trong nhà hàng giá cũng vừa phải ko chênh với giá hàng ăn lớn trong phố nhiều. Phía dưới ks có quán cafe có nhiều chỗ chụp ảnh đẹp nhưng mất phí. Điểm trừ duy nhất là trc mặt ks là nghĩa trang nên nếu ở hạng classic là đc view tâm linh thôi.

Sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đủ, bồn tắm to thoải mái 3 mẹ con cùng ngâm mình vẫn đủ. Chỉ tiếc là đặt phòng view núi nhưng khi nhận phòng lại là view nội khu. Spa chưa kịp trải nghiêm. Buffe sáng thực đơn đa dạng. Đồ ăn Việt đánh giá ở thang trung bình khá vì cũng chưa thực sự ngon đối với khẩu vị của mình.

Hài lòng cho cả Bố Mẹ và các con, nhân viên rất nhiệt tình!

너무너무 좋았던 호텔 조식을 따로 신청하지않아 숙박료가 저렴헀고 조식을 따로 먹을수도있었고 일단 비싸긴한데…전체적으로 맛있음 난 빵이 넘 맛있었음 조식인데도 종류가 무쟈게 많았음 우리가 방문한게 5/4~5/9까지인데 사파 특성상 비가 자주내리는편임 작은우산필수! 보통 한시간안에 그침 모든방들이 뷰는 끝내줌 모든 투어들이 걸어서 갈수있음 판시판역이 걸어서 10~15분정도 단 오으막길이라 힘듬ㅋ 깟깟마을은 호텔입구쪽에 까페있는 길로 쭉가면 20~25분? 여긴 차타구가서 잘 모르겠는데 많은 사람들이 걸어감 많이 덥지않아서 활동하기 좋았음

I loved Pao’s. The location is superb, breakfast has absolutely everything you could want and the staff are so lovely. I had an issue with my first room and the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue and move me to a different room. Don’t miss the Valley rooms, they really are beautiful with amazing views. I will definitely be back!
