Not goodSmell: Each floor emits a strong odor.Air: The air quality is poor.Ventilation: There is no proper ventilation system despite notifying them about its malfunction.Wallpaper: Due to inadequate ventilation, the wallpaper is torn and stained with dampness.Cleaning: The cleaning service is subpar, merely involving wetting the floor.Washbasin: Despite reporting a broken washbasin, it was not repaired.Water: Drinking water is inconvenient as there are no water purifiers on each floor.Exercise: The exercise equipment is unusable.Light Switch: When do they turn off the lights? Chỉ cần lau sàn bằng nước.Chậu rửa: Tôi đã được thông báo chậu rửa bị hỏng nhưng họ không sửa chữa.Nước: Khá bất tiện khi uống nước. Scam Involving 5-Star Resort Package by Global Travel

Not good5-star hotel but allowed the scam company Global Travel to intervene and deceive customers into selling a 5* 4D3N resort package for 5 million VND. However, upon departure, they were informed they would only have 1 day with additional accommodation at a 5-star hotel, while the remainder would be at a 3-star hotel. Additionally, they were required to pay an extra 4 million VND.

Not goodKhách sạn 5 sao nhưng để cho công ty lừa đảo Global Travel can thiệp và tư vấn để lừa đảo khách hàng mua gói nghỉ dưỡng 5 sao 4 ngày 3 đêm trị giá 5 triệu VNĐ, nhưng khi khách hàng đi, họ chỉ được ở 1 ngày tại khách sạn 5 sao và phải bù thêm 4 triệu VNĐ để ở các khách sạn 3 sao còn lại.
