Exceptional (9.0+)The room and its amenities are exceptionally clean and well-equipped. My accommodation is pleasantly quiet, with effective noise cancellation, ideal for those needing to focus on work or meetings. The reception staff are incredibly friendly, especially the manager who is very attentive and enthusiastic about providing early breakfast support from 5:30 a.m., despite the restaurant opening at 7 a.m. Many thanks to our team!

Exceptional (9.0+)Không gian phòng và trang thiết bị rất sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Phòng mình nghỉ khá yên tĩnh, âm thanh bị lọc khá tốt, thích hợp cho những ai cần tập trung làm việc hoặc họp mặt. Nhân viên tại quầy lễ tân rất niềm nở, đặc biệt là quản lý rất chu đáo và nhiệt tình trong việc hỗ trợ bữa sáng sớm từ 5:30 sáng dù quầy ăn mở cửa vào 7 giờ sáng. Cảm ơn đội ngũ rất nhiều!

Western Skyline is a boutique hotel I had reservation via agoda only 1 night but the facilities were impressived. the front desk sfaff are so friendly and helpful. The room were clean, spacious, window to city view. Bed were comfortable, soft. Good choice for bussiness customer near My Dinh location, Hanoi.

GoodJust the usual hostel or Inn that was quite near the NCC. I think this is the hotel's main selling point. Other than that, there not much to say about it. There's a lack of interesting places nearby and lack of good merchants, even places to eat or at least shop.
