The accommodations are spacious, yet the beds are uncomfortably firm, and the pillows lack comfort. The staff overseeing breakfast were unfriendly and far from hospitable. It's clear they don't live up to the luxury image they aspire to. The rooftop offers splendid city views. The pool, while not a true infinity pool, shows effort in its design. Unfortunately, my room was adjacent to the elevator, and the noise was bothersome during attempts to sleep on the hard mattress. The air conditioning failed to maintain the set temperature, causing me to wake up sweating multiple times in the night.

Các phòng rộng rãi nhưng giường cứng và gối không thoải mái, nhân viên phục vụ bữa sáng cấp thấp không thân thiện chút nào. Chắc chắn không phải là thương hiệu sang trọng như họ đang cố gắng. Today is my first morning here. The location isn't great, and the restaurant service lacks smiles, appearing rather angry :( The food is decent. Unfortunately, the corner room I stayed in was very bad; I had nightmares at midnight. The staff helped me change rooms. He is friendly and helpful. Also, the restaurant staff ran out of eggs again. Why are there no eggs in the morning? I asked for the second time.

Nhân viên đã giúp tôi đổi phòng. Anh ấy thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Nhân viên nhà hàng không có trứng lại. Tại sao không có trứng vào buổi sáng? Tôi hỏi lần thứ hai.

The hotel appears splendid and immaculate, while the room exudes both freshness and cleanliness.

Khách sạn này quá tệ, nằm giữa vùng hoang vu. Phòng khá ổn, giường ngủ thoải mái nhưng gối ê ẩm. Nhưng điều làm cho nơi này TỆ HƠN NỮA là sự xuất hiện của rất nhiều con gián trong phòng, leo trèo khắp tủ và trong phòng tắm. Chúng tôi đã trả khoảng 700.000 VNĐ, và tin tôi điều đó xứng đáng với mức giá đó!

The hotel turned out to be a disaster, situated in the middle of nowhere. The room was passable, the bed offered comfort, but the pillows were disappointing. What made our stay even worse was the infestation of cockroaches throughout the room, crawling all over the dresser and in the bathroom. We paid approximately 700,000 VNĐ, and believe me, for that price, you can definitely find much better!

Chúng tôi rất thích quản lý cô Anna, người rất nhiệt tình giúp chúng tôi sửa chữa kết nối sim/dữ liệu. Cô ấy rất tử tế và lịch sự, chúng tôi rất trân trọng điều đó. Tôi nhất định sẽ giới thiệu khách sạn này cho bạn bè và gia đình khi họ sắp đi du lịch ở Hà Nội. Cảm ơn 🫶🏻

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel; it was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the breakfast team, who greeted us every morning with cheerful smiles. Our room was immaculately cleaned daily. Special mention goes to Manager Miss Anna, who went out of her way to assist us with our sim and data connection issues. Her kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Hanoi soon. Thank you 🫶🏻

The bathroom feels a tad cramped, but the bed comfortably accommodates four. Breakfast features freshly made rice noodles and poached eggs. Proficient in Mandarin.

第一次到越南出差，我們三個人，因為太忙很遺憾沒去頂樓的泳池，但是很安全，房間也很乾凈。服務人員態度好。

Khách sạn khá đẹp ,có bể bơi trên tầng thượng ,nơi ngồi hóng mát chill chill thư giãn ,có bữa sáng buffet nhiều món ngon .Nhân viên phục vụ cũng chu đáo .Nói chung đều oke .Có nhu cầu mình sẽ quay lại đây đặt phòng 👍👍👍

한국어는 안돼지만 번역기 있으면 문제 없어요 일하시는 분들이 영어 잘하세요 아쉬운건 근처에 슈퍼가 없어요 ㅠㅠ
