Kiến trúc nơi đây thật sự tuyệt mỹ, mang lại cho tôi cảm giác thư thái và ngạc nhiên trước vẻ đẹp hài hòa giữa thiên nhiên và con người.

While there were a few aspects we found displeasing, the most concerning issue was the persistent presence of plastic pollution throughout the resort, particularly noticeable around the hot springs. Mornings often greeted us with this plastic haze, and evenings brought it drifting from a nearby burning pit just a few hundred meters away. Despite its natural setting, the air quality left much to be desired, akin to that of Hanoi. The Vietnamese cuisine at the restaurant was mediocre at best. It's advisable to steer clear of Western dishes; their pizzas were subpar, worse than any frozen alternative. Unfortunately, dining options in the area were severely limited.

Có vài điều chúng tôi không thích nhưng phần tồi tệ nhất là khói nhựa không ngừng lan tỏa khắp khu nghỉ dưỡng, đặc biệt là ở các suối nước nóng. Buổi sáng chúng tôi dậy thì khắp nơi đều là khói nhựa. Buổi tối, khói nhựa từ lò đốt chỉ vài trăm mét từ suối nước nóng. Đó là khu nghỉ dưỡng giữa thiên nhiên nhưng cảm giác như chất lượng không khí ở Hà Nội. Đồ ăn Việt Nam trong nhà hàng không tuyệt vời nhưng ổn. Đừng đặt món ăn phương Tây ở đó, bánh pizza tệ hơn bất kỳ pizza đông lạnh nào. Thật không may là không có nhà hàng nào khác xung quanh khu vực.

Scenic views with abundant beautiful flowers, particularly numerous infrared ones. Room lighting is somewhat dim. We hope the next visit will feature brighter rooms for added comfort.

Phong cảnh tuyệt đẹp, nhiều hoa đẹp, đặc biệt là nhiều loài hoa hồng ngoại. Đèn trong phòng hơi tối. Hy vọng lần sau phòng sẽ sáng hơn để thêm phần thoải mái cho du khách.

Beautiful landscapes, fresh climate, delicious cuisine, and excellent service amenities. The downside is its considerable distance, over 260km away, with winding mountainous roads where half of the sisters are traveling on the Tu Ue car.

Le Champ- Tu Le An oasis in the midst of stunning hillside rice terraces. Beautifully designed wooden chalets on stilts, a huge very comfortable bed, excellent wet room with shower/freestanding bath-tub, balcony with bed seat. An infinity pool overlooking the hills, rice fields & river, beautifully tended gardens are passed en route to the airy spacious restaurant; both Vietnamese & western food is served by smiley, friendly local Hmong folk. An electric buggy can take you back & forth (steep hill) a calming spa next to the river. All in all, a very relaxing place to refresh & recharge. Although 6 hours from Hanoi by car, I would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Fantastic location in between the mountains and rice fields - the arrival from Hanoi takes approximately 4 1/2 hours by car. The resort area and the rooms are beautiful! We loved the interior and all the small details. The view is just stunning! The highlights were the two infinity pools with fantastic view as well as the zip line. The resort area is huge and is a great place for relaxation and action! Happy to come back soon!

Booked a Studio Bungalow because we love the wooden bathtub. Great soft bed but we love hard bed. No choice as I think all high end hotels/resorts have soft beds. Foods in the restaurant are pricey but delicious. Good breakfast buffet. Good hot spring bath. Excellent staff services. We just love this place.

Situato in posizione strategica per visitare le risaie di Tu Le. L'albergo è immerso nella natura, abbiamo alloggiato nelle bellissime camere a palafitte. Il panorama è molto bello. Stanze grandi e confortevoli. Al ristorante dell'albergo si mangia bene, ovviamente i prezzi non un po' più alti di altri ristoranti locali.

The place was beautiful. very scenic and very well maintained and clean. The gardens were beautiful, the staff was respectful and cleaned the rooms well. the place is very tranquil and peaceful. would highly recommend it. Loved the 2 swimming pools, food from restaurant very tasty and served quickly

Đặc biệt ấn tượng với các bạn Lễ tân, các em lái xe điện vì sự thân thiện và tư vấn nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn ở đây cũng rất ngon, phù hợp với khẩu vị của tôi và các thành viên trong đoàn, ước có thêm nhiều món ăn đặc sắc hơn nữa để lựa chọn. Khu vui chơi và tắm khoáng thật sự rất đáng trải nghiệm, các bạn không nên bỏ qua 2 địa điểm này vì rất nhiều trò chơi để chơi và chụp ảnh cũng rất đẹp, tắm khoáng nóng rất dễ chịu và thoải mái. Rất hài lòng về khu nghỉ dưỡng này, nhất định tôi và gia đình sẽ sớm quay lại vào mùa lúa chín tới.

Très bonne expérience de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel Très belle chambre individuelle dans un petit chalet avec vue sur les rizières, une piscine à débordement magnifique avec une vue splendide sur la montagne. Service de navette pour se déplacer dans l'hôtel (qui est plutôt un petit village). Le petit déjeuner est correct, manque de choses sucrées à mon goût, nous avons mangé un soir au restaurant c'est ok mais privilégiez une petite auberge en ville (2min en voiture) où c'est délicieux.

Excellent place to stay for relax. The resto was not so good, the breakfast is so poor. The dinner and lunch have not much choice. The hot spring pool water not really so clean and crowded. The staffs are helpful and nice. Beautiful gardens. Bangalows are comfortable

Trước khi phê bình thì nên nói về điểm tốt: zipline vui và cảnh đẹp, phòng sạch sẽ. Nhưng chất lượng service cực kì thất vọng. Mình có đi dịp năm mới 2024. Những nhân viên phục vụ uống gần hết rượu (miễn phí cho khách) và không rót cho mình chỉ một shot bombay kể cả khi mình đã nói rõ là sẽ trả tiền. Thái độ nhân viên rất cục tính và mình đã đi về với một trải nghiệm không được như ý.

I reserved 2 nights at the resort as a Xmas gift for my fiancé, and we have an amazing time at the resort. Our perfect day started with ziplining downhill (amazing view!), then climbed at the tree top adventure park (level 2 is quite challenging but the staff is so encouraging), enjoyed a great lunch at the restaurant, relaxed at the outdoor and private indoor hot spring, then visited the nearby fairy cave before heading back to hot pot dinner, we enjoyed the night time hot spring once more time before heading back to sleep. We stayed at the Glenwood room, which gives amazing view of the valley as we woke up to a cloud covered valley. The facility is huge and well blended with the surrounding nature (wooden and bamboo structures and details). It's walkable for those who like to walk, but it can be a bit long and hilly after a long day of activities. In such case, you can always call for a buggy to pick you up. It's not the rice season so the fields are all brown and empty. However, the place is still very enjoyable with great vow, with way fewer guests. We'll be back during the rice season to enjoy the view better!
