Exceptional酒店位置很好，就在明洞，出行都很方便，步行到地鐵站約10分鐘左右。樓下就是中華人民共和國住韓國大使館。

双人床房面積都很大，配備齊全，床頭USB...

Exceptional双人床房面積都很大，配備齊全，床頭USB線沒有電源，壞掉不能使用的。可能是由於地理位置環境局限，部份城市景觀房其實只是城市罅隙，所以唯有全程把窗簾拉上。
但酒店服務都非常好，員工都非常親切有禮，而且大部份英語溝通也絕無問題。特別是15樓行政酒廊，非常舒適，除早餐外，晚上時段也有主食供應，選擇也多，味道也很好，還有很多水果及果汁，咖啡，酒類…… 以行政酒廊來說，絕對是很大氣的一個行政酒廊。酒店大堂更有免費Häagen-Dazs 雪糕提供給房客自取回房間吃，夏天真是絕配。
雖然，酒店房間雖然需要轉乘2次電梯，但都是在同一大樓轉乘，距離很短，而且電梯非常頻密，非常快，每次都不用等太久，所以絕對不構成影響。唯獨沐浴用品，用後感覺有點乾，氣味也只是一般好聞。
地點真的超級非常方便，下樓便是購物旺區明洞。附近還有地下商場貫通兩大百貨[新世界及樂天百貨]。兩間百貨頂層都是免稅店，地下層更有大型超市及美食廣場，而且各大名牌品牌都在這兩大百貨店內。無論購物，飲食都是超級捧地點。即使去N首爾塔，慢走也只是20分鐘內便可到達南山纜車電梯。都是非常方便，只是如果夏天走路會比較熱，一定汗流浹背。去首爾站，打uber都只是$3x港元。
整體，酒店入住體驗是非常捧的，來首爾絕對是絕佳方便品嚐美食及購物酒店之不二之選。

Exceptional入住當天的前台小姐姐很友好，房間不是很大，但是客房服務人員每天打掃的時候都幫忙收拾的很乾凈，地理位置就不用説了，去明洞吃吃逛逛很方便，值得推薦
