Room is so small.No lift.So difficult to carry big luggage. Hotel was a bit dirty but view is nice.Location also good.

Nuestro bus llegó casi 2 hs antes a Sapa eran las 04:00 am, y no teníamos nuestro hotel hasta las 13:00 hs. Pasamos por ahí y nos dejaron pasar la noche por solo 18€! Honestamente nos dio la vida. La habitación es normal, la nuestra no tenía ventana y olía a humedad, pero para dormir unas horas nos supo de maravilla, también traía incluido el desayuno, el cual no disfrutamos por qué necesitábamos descansar

Cheap room, view over Sapa city, helpful staff at 2 am on arrival from the sleeper bus. Everything else fell far short of expectations. The hotel is built in containers piled on top of each other. Stained sheets, mouldy bathroom and rusty furniture. Bed made out of loose springs. There is an astroturfed balcony shared with all the guests on your floor so an open window is a security/safety concern. At full blast, the shower head is aimed directly at the toilet bowl. Unidentifiable pad stuck to the wall. Photos speak for themselves.
