Discovered Banla through Chiaki's review. The practical experience was excellent. Each room has a unique and beautifully designed structure, with a sophisticated touch. The breakfast was delicious, the staff very pleasant, and even the welcome drink surpassed many other hotels. A small suggestion would be to consider replacing the 4 tea packs (English breakfast & Earl Grey), both caffeinated, with 2 chamomile or herbal teas that aid sleep. I wanted to have some last night but hesitated to mix them. Also, is there a way to slightly obscure the fire alarm above my bed when I sleep? It blinks every 15 seconds, which makes it somewhat challenging to sleep. Overall, the hotel is very satisfactory, highly recommended for staying!

Additionally, some guests have noted occasional unpleasant odors in the restroom facilities.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and enthusiastic support. It's conveniently located just 3km from Da Lat Market. I chose BanLa Boutique Hotel for my retreat and didn't feel like leaving anywhere else. The hotel serves delicious breakfast and coffee. Banla offers many picturesque spots for photography enthusiasts!

The interior decor was stunning, but the hotel was too small and noisy for the price of 1,200,000/1 night. One thing I noticed but no guests seemed to mention was that the towels in the room were quite damp; after wiping for a while, they started to smell really bad :(. Luckily, I had brought my own towels. The room was extremely noisy as well. Stayed for 2 nights and probably won't visit again because it's quite far from the center! The breakfast was cold and bland...
