Exceptional (9.0+)Reasonable pricing. Professional room service and reception staff. Close to the border gate, convenient for travel. The TV is outdated and small compared to current 5-star hotel standards. Consider investing in smart TVs for each room. Smart TV prices are affordable now :))

Exceptional (9.0+)Giá cả phải chăng. Đội ngũ phục vụ phòng và lễ tân chuyên nghiệp. Gần cửa khẩu, thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển. TV quá cũ và nhỏ so với tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn 5 sao hiện đại. Nên đầu tư thêm các smart TV cho từng phòng. Giá smart TV hiện nay cũng rẻ mà :))

Exceptional (9.0+)Great location, 2021 was quiet with hardly any guests at the buffet counter on the 24th floor, which was very relaxed. During the 2023 trip, I had a fully booked room, and the 4 elevators were consistently overloaded. This time, dining at the buffet on the 2nd floor was a bit cramped, and the food quality was average.

Unpleasant Experience at a Hotel

Not goodAvoid visiting this hotel as I just returned from a tour. The lunch on the first day was extremely lackluster. The next morning's buffet had very few breakfast options; it mainly consisted of lunch items. Before guests could even get up, the staff swiftly cleared the tables. Furthermore, the staff seemed indifferent, and the elevator, with its unclear floor displays, felt like a dizzying anti-gravity experience, particularly uncomfortable for those prone to motion sickness.

Exceptional (9.0+)方便找，口岸出來正對的一條街直行200米就到。服務人員都能中文交流。雖然是五星酒店但不要想多了。。。房內找不到插座，衹能用洗手間的，酒店內各種服務都不接受手機付款，僅收人民幣現金。晚上絕對安靜。旁邊有個小商場，有咖啡庁，CGV電影院，李寧，安踏，阿迪專櫃。重要事情説三遍：準備夠用人民幣現金，準備箇中越翻譯軟件。。。暢行無憂
