This has been our most disappointing experience in Vietnam to date. We have genuinely enjoyed every aspect of the country—the rich culture, the wonderful people, and the breathtaking landscapes. This marks our second visit for an extended holiday. Our initial impressions of the hotel were positive, with excellent service, spotless rooms, and good value for money. However, things took a turn when my best friend and his partner decided to indulge in a massage at the hotel spa. They were separated during the process, and when the masseuses arrived wearing revealing outfits, they experienced several unwelcome sexual advances and inappropriate touches in sensitive areas. Feeling violated, they decided to leave early, but the hotel staff insisted on charging them the full amount and falsely claimed they had ordered food as well. Feeling uneasy, we left just three hours after checking in and sought out a different hotel. Later, staff came to our room to offer massages and asked if we were interested. I firmly declined. I cannot recommend this hotel, as it has been our worst experience in the country so far.

Bạn thân của tôi và người bạn đời đã đi đến spa trong khuôn viên để massage. Họ đã bị tách ra và khi các nhân viên massage đến trong trang phục ngắn và giày cao gót, đã có nhiều hành động tấn công tình dục và chạm vào những khu vực nhạy cảm mà không có sự đồng ý. Họ đã rời đi sớm và nhân viên yêu cầu họ thanh toán toàn bộ giá trị dịch vụ, còn cố gắng đòi hỏi thêm tiền với lý do sai rằng họ đã gọi món ăn. Họ cảm thấy rất bị xâm phạm và chúng tôi đã rời khách sạn chỉ 3 giờ sau khi đến và tìm một khách sạn khác. Nhân viên sau đó đã đến phòng chúng tôi, nói rằng họ có dịch vụ massage, và hỏi xem chúng tôi có muốn thử không. Tôi đã từ chối dứt khoát. Tôi không thể khuyến nghị hay ủng hộ khách sạn này, và đây là trải nghiệm tồi tệ nhất của chúng tôi ở đất nước này cho đến nay.

The hotel rooms are exceptionally beautiful and luxurious. The pool is spacious and immaculate. The surrounding views are incredibly stunning and romantic. The dishes are prepared quite deliciously, and the staff members are very attentive and enthusiastic in serving guests.

Phòng nghỉ tại khách sạn rất đẹp và sang trọng. Bể bơi rộng và sạch sẽ. Khung cảnh xung quanh khách sạn cực kỳ đẹp và thơ mộng. Các món ăn được chế biến khá ngon và đội ngũ nhân viên rất chu đáo và nhiệt tình.

The services provided are exceptional. Our bedroom is spacious and very well equipped. The mattress is excellent, and the staff provides excellent care.

Dịch vụ tại đây rất tuyệt vời. Phòng ngủ của chúng tôi rộng lớn và được trang bị rất đầy đủ. Đệm rất tuyệt vời. Nhân viên rất chu đáo và chăm sóc tận tình.

The hotel is situated in Ha Tinh, just a bridge away from Vinh city. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive during activities.

I had been to Nghe An, Vinh City 3 weeks ago. My stay this time is fantastic. Never expect somewhere outside Nghe An, along the river, there is a great hotel — SONGLAM Waterfront Hotel in Ha Tinh. A true “song lam”. 10 to 15 mins from Vinh downtown, and 30 mins to/from Vinh airport. Clean, good service, friendly staff, and very kind hotel boss/manager (Ricky). Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic service from the minute I arrived. I actually didn’t have any plans on staying here tho l pulled over to check my maps on my motorbike and couldn’t miss this huge establishment. Because of ***** New Year l wasn’t even sure if it was open. I thought why not go and see after l looked it up on ***********. As soon as l arrived a very happy kind lady staff member greeted me and l asked if they had accommodation and she said yes. Well wasn’t l surprised with absolutely everything. The price to begin with as l walked in instead of booking was over 500k cheaper. The room was huge, spacious and absolutely lush. Another bonus as l was quite cold and wet from a big ride was the room had a bath = OMG and this was one of very few places in the entire Vietnam hotel industry that had good hot water supply. So after a soothing hot bath the excellent experience did not stop there tho only began. This place was quite extravagant and flash. The rooftop bar was closed which was understandable tho l was looking for a bottle of wine as l didn’t really want to get back on the bike and tour around when most shops were shut anyway. I walked into the restaurant ( l was truly the only guest at that time in the whole place) and another happy staff member asked if she could help. I asked if restaurant was open and she said yes and l could order anything. To my amazement the restaurant is open all day no room service is available for anything. Now we are onto some even better things. Another staff member came and took me into a wine room and said l could purchase anything. OMG 😉… I ordered an amazing bottle of Sangiovese 500k and 4x dishes for dinner to be delivered to my room at 6.30 as it was only 4.30pm. Your room by the way has a mini bar which l quickly devoured on entree which l must say was so so convenient after a huge day. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment and staff. They even stored my bike in secure parking and on checking out they even helped me pack my motorbike. Absolutely amazing and oh l forgot = easily the most comfortable bed and pillows in Vietnam hands down. Thank you to all the staff.

Vị trí ý nghĩa giáp ranh 2 tỉnh Nghệ-Tĩnh, view đẹp. Cần có hướng dẫn khi khách đặt nên lưu ý cho khách là chưa qua cầu Bến Thuỷ rẽ trái kẻo chạy hố qua trạm thu phí như mình mất 2 lần phí :( Phòng Family rất rộng, buổi tối có thể đặt đồ ăn đem tận phòng giá hợp lý, buổi sáng buffet vừa đủ ăn Bể bơi lớn đẹp, bãi đỗ xe rất rộng rãi

Song Lam Waterfront Hotel provides an exceptional service, beautiful and comfortable rooms and facilities. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and welcoming, very personable and felt they really cared about making our stay special. A most highly recommended hotel!
