A special mention goes to LINH at the reception counter, who ensures guests feel completely at home. The breakfast staff and the beautiful terrace view make it a must-stay destination in Hanoi, conveniently located near markets and attractions, with special considerations for children and all guests.

Excellent (8.0+)Các phòng ngủ và gối đều rất thoải mái. Tất cả nhân viên đều rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện, dịch vụ tuyệt vời từ nhân viên ở nhà hàng và quầy tiếp tân, hỗ trợ mọi vấn đề. Đặc biệt cảm ơn LINH tại quầy tiếp tân đã khiến khách cảm thấy như ở nhà. Nhân viên phục vụ bữa sáng và khung cảnh từ sân thượng rất đẹp, địa điểm nghỉ ngơi tuyệt vời tại Hà Nội, gần chợ và các điểm tham quan, họ đã chăm sóc chu đáo đặc biệt với trẻ em và tất cả khách hàng.

Review: Disappointing Hotel Experience and a Recommendation

Not goodMy experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. It was overpriced, served bad food, and provided poor service. To make matters worse, the laundry service charged a staggering $86 US dollars for washing just 5kg of clothes. The room itself was significantly smaller than advertised, offering views of unsightly pipes and a brick wall. I highly recommend avoiding this place and opting for the Hanoi E Central Hotel instead, where the service is outstanding and the staff are knowledgeable and accommodating.

Phòng nhỏ hẹp hơn nhiều so với quảng cáo với khung cảnh nhìn ra các ống nước và tường gạch. Xin hãy tiết kiệm tiền bạc và sự phiền toái và chọn lựa ở khách sạn Hanoi E Central. Exceptional (9.0+)Recent stayed at the MK for 4 days & it was a good experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we check in quickly.
The room was spacious, well furnished and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful sleep every night. The hotel’s amenities were great. Nice rooftop bar, which offered top views and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast served a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the old quarter, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant nightlife.
