Upon arrival, I met the exceptional host Nguyen Van Kien, whose remarkable team ensured my stay was unforgettable. The hotel is situated in Old Hanoi, boasting a superb location in a warmly welcoming area with a cozy ambiance. The return trip to the airport in the hotel car capped off a truly delightful experience.

ExceptionalTôi là người Úc và đó là chuyến đi đầu tiên của tôi đến Hà Nội. Tôi đã chọn khách sạn Midorie từ internet. Tôi được đón ở sân bay và gặp người chủ tuyệt vời Nguyễn Văn Kiên. Anh ấy và nhân viên tuyệt vời của mình đã làm cho những ngày tôi ở đó trở nên đáng nhớ. Khách sạn nằm ở khu phố cổ Hà Nội, vị trí tuyệt vời. Khu vực thân thiện và mang lại cảm giác ấm cúng. Xe đưa đón từ khách sạn trở lại sân bay cũng rất tuyệt.

ExcellentKhách sạn có vị trí trung tâm thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển và các dịch vụ xung quanh như ăn uống, yoga, quán cà phê đều dễ dàng tiếp cận. Phòng ở đây tạm ổn, mình ở tầng 6, có lẽ phòng này ít người sử dụng nên hơi cũ, tivi cũ kiểu đời cũ, nhà vệ sinh không được sạch sẽ lắm, do đó chỉ thích hợp cho những người đi công tác. Điểm cộng là có phục vụ bữa sáng, mặc dù số lượng không nhiều nhưng vẫn đủ dùng.

The room itself is adequate; I stayed on the 6th floor where the room seemed a bit outdated, with an old-style TV and a somewhat unclean toilet, thus more suitable for business travelers. A breakfast service is available, although the portion size is small, it is sufficient.

ExcellentWe intentionally opted for a hotel located outside the old town, offering a slightly quieter atmosphere. The rooms, although somewhat dated, are clean and comfortable. The suite costs 1.8 million per night.

ExceptionalKhách sạn boutique này có nhân viên nhiệt tình và nằm ở trung tâm thành phố Hà Nội, gần Vincom Center Ba Trieu và nhiều nhà hàng xung quanh. Phòng đẹp với view thành phố. Tất cả đều xuất sắc! Bữa sáng ngon và quan trọng. Nhân viên được ủy quyền xử lý tình huống và đưa ra các lựa chọn cho khách rõ ràng. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

ExcellentKhách sạn tuyệt vời, sạch sẽ và có bữa sáng ngon miệng! Trải nghiệm tổng thể tuyệt vời với đội ngũ nhân viên thân thiện, sự yên tĩnh (nếu hàng xóm của bạn ổn), và bữa sáng ngon. Chúng tôi rất khuyến khích lưu trú tại đây. Khách sạn đáng yêu với nhân viên đáng yêu. Chúng tôi đến vào ngày mùng 1 Tết và cảm nhận được không khí ấm áp như ở nhà.

ExceptionalEl servicio al cliente fue excelente, con un personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La atmósfera tranquila del hotel nos permitió relajarnos completamente. La ubicación céntrica facilitó nuestras visitas a las atracciones turísticas. Disfrutamos del desayuno de cortesía con una gran variedad de opciones y del restaurante en el lugar que ofrecía deliciosa cocina vietnamita. El Wi-Fi de alta velocidad gratuito fue una ventaja adicional. Recomendamos este hotel a cualquier pareja que busque una escapada romántica en Hanoi.

ExceptionalAbbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile al Midori Boutique Hotel. Il letto era lussuoso e comodo, perfetto per riposarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazioni. La vista mozzafiato sulla città ci ha lasciati senza fiato. La colazione gratuita offriva molte opzioni deliziose e l'accesso Wi-Fi ad alta velocità era molto comodo. Il servizio di parcheggio e il personale professionale hanno reso tutto ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel alle coppie che cercano un'esperienza romantica e rilassante ad Hanoi.

Le personnel multilingue et les services de conciergerie personnalisés ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La proximité des attractions touristiques nous a permis de découvrir facilement Hanoi. Le petit-déjeuner varié et l'accès Wi-Fi gratuit étaient des plus appréciables. ExceptionalWe adored our stay at the Mindoro ! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and coming back to the hotel felt like escaping to a peaceful retreat.
