Not eager to help solve problems or contact the manager or owner at all, leaving the customer to deal all on his own.3. The rooms are like a good house. Everything is complete. It's more convenient to sleep at home.The shared bathroom outside is good, complete, and clean.Standard tent rooms, short and thin blankets, should be improved because sleeping is difficult. Had to bring extra towels to cover.The view is beautiful. It would be great if there was food for sale too, such as grilled pork, because it's delicious. But the accommodation only has drinks + snacks for sale.Internet is slow, should improve.

The entrance is not very good. I want the school to talk to the subdistrict or whatever and fix it quickly. Anyone with a low/luxury car cannot enter. It will definitely break. The rooms are beautiful and clean. There were no other guests, so it was quiet. I didn't hear the sound of a rooster crowing or a dog barking.The bed was hard, but the most frustrating thing was that the internet didn't work at all. (Not related to Khao Yai or the location. It's 2023 already. The internet elsewhere is fast and strong. There's not enough room here, but it's not strong, it's just fading and disappearing like it's not there.) Anyone who takes work with them, I don't recommend this place at all. Overall not worth the price It's better to stay somewhere else.

Location is quite ok. Come stay during the October holiday. Choose a tent room. During the night the weather is cool. No fan requiredBut I couldn't sleep at all. Because there was a group of tourists making a lot of noise at 3:00 a.m., the authorities were informed. But it was not resolved. I want the accommodation to issue rules. or measures to refrain from using noise during the night Because it's the time when everyone sleeps. It's like I didn't get any rest on this trip 😥

The rooms, views, quiet nature are all amazing. The rooms and reception area are all sparkling clean, you get access to the Secret Garden across the street (see pic), wake up to birdsong and will not see a car for a while. Very restful. But the staff doesn't speak English at all, the docks are so overgrown with weeds that you can't stand on it to enjoy the water and the women's bathroom near the docks have dead bugs all over it. I told the staff (with Google translate) and I think they said the gardener will take care of it but no one touched it the 3 days I was there. The magazines in the breakfast room has dried bugs and cobwebs. There are only two expensive cafes within walking distance so I brought my own food and water from Pak Chong. Overall perfect in some areas and lacking in others.

The atmosphere is comfortable, country, inviting friends to go out, build a bonfire, grill food, travel together, have music playing, socializing in a friendly society, not chaotic, beautiful atmosphere, there is sitting and drinking coffee, bright morning drinks, beautiful natural views in the corner. Don't worry about the hassle of big cities, reserve a place to stay and be able to travel every day in your free time as suits you or recommend to friends to go along for the holiday season at any time. The location and tents the set are nice however keep in mind the hotel’s vicinity to bars you will hear music and road noise. Staff also seem to be not mindful to their guests and will blast music in the night an morning waking up their guests
