Nice location. Only 10 minutes walk to night market, or 15 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel is at the end of a road, so quiet area. Elevator makes it easy to get to your floor. Rooms are big and include a fridge. Nice beds and sheets. Large bathrooms. Good internet speeds. Manager is very friendly and helpful. Great views of the mountains. There's a small pool on the roof, and plenty of chairs.

I spent 2 nights there and it was more than enough. The AC is very noisy. The floor was dirty in the corners. Shower drain not draining properly. Disappointed considering the 4.8/5 rating...

Clean - cleaning every day.The location is ok - 10 minutes from entertainment on average.The only negative is the noisy construction site nearby, which makes you wake up early in the morning.It deserves its 3 stars. Overall we liked it

The best thing about the hotel is the owner. He is an amazing guy who always went above and beyond for any request we had. Need water? Here are bottles, need paper? Here it is.The hotel was ok for the amount of money we paid. Rooms were nice, with very small balcony. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was big enough. The room included a safe and a fridge.For a budget hotel, the experience was good but I want to stress how amazing the owner is.Also the roof is an amazing place to relax and drink/eat at night.The worst thing about the hotel was the cleaning stuff. While they only clean once a week, and that is fine, the cleaning was not so good. even after cleaning the room was not totally clean.Also the pool is not really a pool its a very small portion of water in the roof. It barely counts as a pool so we didn't use it.Apart from that there was no major grievance. During 36 days we stayed there, there were some small issues with water pressure and the airconditioning but as mentioned above, the owner took care of everything and fixed the issues within the same day. Nothing unexpected for such a long stay happened.

Great host, friendly , helpfull and very patient. I overslept in the morning and he still kept smiling when I checked out. Very complete room facilities! Only negative was that the loose windows of my first room made loud noises when the wind was blowing. The second room was better

I spent 28 days in this hotel, I must say that I enjoyed it very much, the hotel is located in a dead-end street away from the noise, the room was clean, cleaning was done once a week, but I also wanted every 2 days , good TV and air conditioning, the owner is a really kind person and available for all your needs, highly recommended, excellent quality/price ratio!
