The property has made advance reservations from Booking since October 2023 because there will be a Muuji Festival in January 2024 without notice. And the information in the booking system still confirms the normal booking status. But when we arrived at the accommodation we were told that our name was not reserved with the hotel. and refused our stay by having them cancel with the booking system themselves. If you don't want to accept customers through the booking system, you must contact us immediately. So that we can quickly find a new place to stay. We prepared in advance to come to the festival, but encountering an event like this was a waste of feeling, a waste of time, and a lost opportunity. Please provide better customer service. Because we cannot be sure that even if a reservation has been made through the system But you ignore the system. And never contact you back, follow up, or update your status in the booking system. Most customers use these systems to reserve your accommodation. How can customers be confident in booking your accommodation?

For us (personally) from our experience of staying in hotels almost every day. The word "double room" means everywhere that the bed must be 5 feet or more. It's already here, but here is a 3 foot bed. Is that right with the price of a room this size? The hotel owner should go study or try staying at another hotel. in order to develop The hotel itself is better.
