The bed is very big. So big that it feels like I'm sleeping in a different province with my girlfriend. My boyfriend sleeps very comfortably. My boyfriend's head hits the pillow and he sleeps. Call to ask for room rates and reserve. The female employee asked what time we would enter. We were informed that we would enter from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The staff informed us that we could come to the counter. #I'm confused as to why you don't ask the name of the customer who made the reservation# When we got to the counter, we met a male employee. We notified as told that we had called to reserve. But he informed that we didn't reserve a room. We refused to give our name and gave the room to another customer. Employees lack good coordination when it comes time to change shifts. (I have stayed here before. Overall, the room is good and the room is clean.)
