The rooms are cute. You can take photos from every angle, the light is beautiful, and there are props to use.But deduct a little about the management service. Food is to be ordered before 5:00 p.m. but when I called, no one answered. Afternoon Tea said it would be delivered at 4:00 p.m. In conclusion, it was almost 5:00 p.m. when I received it. Bath Bomb said it would be brought to me. But you have to call three times. For dinner, whoever wants to sit at the booth must make a reservation first. Otherwise, this place was full. We didn't know so we didn't reserve. And the room with 2 tubs in the bathroom suddenly turned on the water. The grate at the faucet fell off with sediment, the sink had water stains.The employees are polite, calm, and speak well. Improving coordination a little would be great. Finally, I'm glad I got to stay. Just want to improve

I visited at the end of July. Accessibility is greatly reduced if you don't have a car.Because it was the rainy season, outdoor use was a bit inconvenient, but the view was good.The room is huge, but there is no door between the bathroom and the room, just a curtain. The staff service is good enough to be burdensome.Since it was in a remote area, I went to 7-Eleven in advance, but there was a free minibar (snacks, alcohol, etc.) so there was no need to go.Dinner and breakfast were so generous that I was full. Some warm milk before going to bed. I ate so much that I wasn't hungry until I arrived in Bangkok.There was no TV and there was a project, but it wasn't installed yet so I couldn't use it.Recommended for couples travel because of the nice atmosphere.It's expensive, but I plan to visit again in the winter.

This is another private accommodation that I recommend. The service is very good.There is also a birthday surprise set provided. Starting with arrival, there is a welcome drink with unlimited Ferrero chocolates, followed by a very full afternoon tea. For dinner, there are a lot of food to choose from. We have prepared a shabu set. You can't eat it all at all. Before leaving, there was another fruit basket set as a souvenir. There is definitely a chance to come back again.

Very impressed. It was my first time coming to Khao Yai and had a very good impression. The staff take care very well. Admin receives the matter very quickly. There is good coordination and sensitivity. There was a quick preparation of rooms and cakes for special occasions, which is very impressive. The room is very clean, complete with equipment to take care of the facilities. Every meal is delicious. Most importantly, personally, I really like it. Next opportunity will definitely come again. Thank you for creating this place ♥️♥️♥️

I was very impressed with the accommodations and staff of the resort. Every angle was beautiful and the service was so good that we were considerate. There is no sign at the entrance, but you can call the staff and ask. The way to go isn't difficult. So beautiful that I want to go again.

Stayed on 17 August 2024, Room 3 (bamboo)The rooms are clean, neat, and peaceful.Beautiful, exactly as pictured, large, delicious dishes.The staff are smiling.But I would like to criticize the service.How do you train employees? No one answers the same question.I asked if I could eat grilled pork in the room. Both employees said yes. You can eat it on the table. I asked several times and was told it was okay to eat. After eating, the heat caused the glass table to break. So, is it the customer's fault? The employees are here every day, I don't know why. How will customers come to stay for 1 day? When I inquired, I found that the employee was a part-time employee. a new employee So the supervisor let them work together? I called him and didn't apologize. Let's talk about damages first. It is that the accommodation itself is poorly managed. Not training employees to follow the same guidelines Then come and adjust the customer's money. Push the burden to the utmost.If we say we can't eat and we still insist on eating, we will accept the mistake. But this isn't it.But I admire that the accommodation uses tempered glass.About foodMilk before bed, choose chocolate milk 1, plain milk 1, can only eat chocolate milk. The room is cute and clean. The room is suitable for 2 people, couples. The food such as steak is very delicious, large portions, but the price is a little high. It was raining on the day we went so we were able to eat in the room. If it isn't raining, they will arrange a table for you. Milk is given before bedtime. There's a little gift. Please give it to me when I return. Overall quite impressive.Suggestion: The outside tub should have warm water, which would be great. As for the bathroom inside, the shower water was very low when I went (Room 2).
