A very good hotel for the price. Spacious rooms, balcony, lots of places to eat nearby as well as Banzan market. Patong Beach is about 15 minutes away. But the beach itself is not very good, so most of the time we went to other beaches. Overall, a very good impression of the hotel and the location where it is located.

Overall a good place, cheaper compared to other accommodation. We rented a room for three people. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable, they were cleaned every day, and they brought each of us a bottle of water EVERY day. There is a refrigerator in the room and a kettle on the ground floor. We lived on the fifth floor and it was nice, not noisy at night. There were no mosquitoes, the only negative is that the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, but we covered it with a net and it was fine. Nice location, nearby there is a supermarket and massage. Excellent Wi-Fi, the three of us were able to work and make video calls.

The worst hotel of my life, full of cockroaches, unsanitary place, the toilets keep getting clogged, the windows don't close even though the air conditioning doesn't work, and the smells are persistent. In addition, the service is completely lousy, unable to help us with anything, makes derogatory remarks to us and speaks to us in a very haughty manner.

Our reservation was confirmed however on our arrival the receptionist tells us that she rented our room in the afternoon and that the hotel is full. No solution on the part of the staff who were also very unpleasant and no longer wanted to communicate. It's the worst experience I've had in my life, run away from this hotel they stole our many

Overall not bad but I don't think it was worth 50 euro even though it's peak season. Simple room with good aircon and nice balcony but that's all I can say.
