Great place in the thick of things! Excellent service and hosts. There are many cats and cats, they are all cute. Recommended for Backpackers and Hippos!

I did not stay at this guest house, but I did use their laundry service. Next day service is 80 thb per kilo, pretty standard rate in the city center area. The clothes were ready when promised, and they were neatly folded and packaged. Highly recommend their laundry service.

Not my first time here, after 4 years here I am again. I prefer old vintage roof top places if I am alone especially at the beach alone, I don't fancy all those high end accommodations at all. Great auntie who manage the place. She is so pleasant that makes me come back again the moment I step in Hua Hin Beach to her place. If you are the fussy type don't go for this places as simple as that. They have basic rooms like 300baht with fan and 500baht rooms with hot shower and aircon. I love the simple life. But one sad thing happened this time when I was there, after my first night, the next day I come back, I don't see my only spectacles that I brought along, I am as blind as a bat, will only wear lenses when I go out. And when in the room I will have my spectacles on. It was there the first night, and not at all on the second night after I come back. I don't want to pin point anyone, she does have some other guys working to maintain the place. Perhaps it's the ghost if you believe so. But still I will still give 5 stars to this place because of the pleasant auntie. She is a gem.

Cheap price 300-400. Actually it's a mall but you can stay. A little bit of lymph.

Hated it . Got the 500 bath room with aircon ( only good thing ) . Bathroom no hot water . Could hear everithing from other rooms . Felt ervery spring in the matress . Floor was rotten . Roomsmell funny . Stayed only 1 night so next morning could look for a much better guesthouse . ( M & A suited me best )

Probably the cheapest you can find in Hua Hin, with options as low as 100 per room. We got a 200 room. Mind you, of course it's not perfect, but has a fan, blanket, shared bathroom with running water, and good wifi, everything a budget backpacker needs. There were quite a few mosquitos in the room though, but they didn't bother us in the night. Looks a bit grim, just be emotionally prepared.

A very cheap place nothing fancy but we'll located close to the beach, close to the centre but quiet. And can be reached easily by foot from the train station. There is wifi and fans _ AC is a little more expensive. It does laundry too, cheap, whether you are guest or not.

This place is very cheap. The cheapest room available is 100baht. We got a two person room for 200baht. It has a fan and a bed. Which is fine for us. It doesn't look to clean and watch out when you shower. Lots of cockroches run around.The guesthouse is very close to the beach. One street is where the families dine and the other is where you can go for 'special nights'.I would recommend paying a bit more for another guesthouse.

Price 100-300 is a shared bathroom, while 500 has air conditioning, hot water, everything. Condition is quite normal. But it can be lived in for people who are frugal. Or during the long weekend that was not reserved in advance. There are grandparents taking care of them.
