That's pretty strange to see such a high marks for this place. No service at all, no hot water and just impossible to meet any staff at reception. Look like they tell you:ok you already payed and now you can do whatever you can we will not help you any more. Pretty sad situation. I strongly advise not to choose Riviera Patong for holiday staying.

Nice hotel. I give it 5 stars for excellent service and exceptional cleanliness. Although the furniture is old, the rooms are very clean, the bed and towels are snow-white, the pillows are comfortable. The water pressure is good, the hot water is very hot at any time :) The air conditioner, although old, works well, even at 16° I didn’t get sick. The staff listens to every request. Good location, 20 minutes walk to Bangla Road, there is a place to park bikes, convenient descent and exit, although the road is busy. Shops and superchip are within walking distance. The pool is clean, pool towels are separate. You can rent a bike, but if you need another one, there are many rental points nearby

Excellent and cozy hotel in a very quiet location. The owner of the hotel is a wonderful and kind person. The rooms are spacious and clean with fast wifi. Having a small pool is a nice bonus. We liked everything, we will definitely come back!

Thank you for this stay, it was great, nothing to say… very clean hotel, well located and quiet which is rare in Patong, the rooms are spacious… and thanks again to the boss Rémy who is super welcoming and attentive as well as to Marvin for the rental of a brand new scooter 👍👍👍 and to finish, super friendly welcome.

To begin with, I would like to congratulate the work of the staff and the manager who are very professional and attentive to customers. The Guest House is very well located, it is both quiet and close to everything. The services offered are very good, very good room service, clean and maintained scooter rental, swimming pool available and if you have questions for any activities, answers will be given to you with kindness and altruism. We feel that the manager and staff are invested in their work. In summary, I recommend this establishment, you will not be disappointed. I had an unforgettable stay in Thailand with my friends and this Guest House was one of them. I will return very soon to have another excellent vacation.

I had a fantastic stay at Riviera Guesthouse! Remy, the host, was incredibly friendly, and the location, situated near the city center yet surrounded by a calm atmosphere next to the jungle, made my experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!
