Cute little hotel with a clean, comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast was limited, but the eggs and bacon were not bad at all. Shower could be hotter, this is a problem I have encountered in multiple hotels in Thailand. AC was so powerful my room was like a refrigerator. It was either on or off, full blast. Overall, a comfortable stay. Only concern is that after beginning my stay and with a little more curious research, I discovered other bigger better hotels for comparable prices and some cheaper. I regret booking here so quickly, as there were better deals nearby. This hotel appears to be a bit overpriced relative to others in the area. My mistake. Still, a nice clean hotel.

Excellent hotel, clean, quiet, nice swimming pool and the rooms are large with a big balcony. All the staff are very friendly from the housekeeper to the manager. The hotel is 5 minutes from the beach, restaurant next door and nightlife 5 minutes away.

We love this little venue. It is no frills, spotlessly clean and has a lovely, friendly kind of vibe. Very good value but better to book direct we find. have stayed countless nights and with it's perfectly central location, cannot be beaten.||Thank you!

Rooms are very nice and clean, all rooms are facing the pool and very quiet, pool er big enough for a good swim.. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, even we came a bit early, we got our rooms and could have a relaxing dip in the pool..

The accommodation is clean, beautifully decorated, peaceful, with parking in front.There is a swimming pool approximately 10 meters in size.The bathroom is clean, separated into dry and wet zones, with a glass screen separating half of it.Inside the room, it's beautifully decorated and clean. There's a dressing table, safe, refrigerator, and hot water kettle. The room has a balcony. and a seating area with a view of the poolPrice does not include breakfast. But the accommodation provides breakfast.Not far from the beach entrance, restaurants and convenience stores.I received good comfort. The employees are smiling and good-natured. If going to Hua Hin again, will go back and stay again.

I often come to Hua-Hin, and wanted to find another hotel that is a little closer than out on Soi 67. La Maison is the place, close to the beach and the town with all the restaurants within walking distance. The price in April 2023 was 1,400 baht, without breakfast. Breakfast could be bought from Thb 200The room was nice clean and not worn.

Maybe 3.5 stars. Breakdown:+Great location in the middle of downtown Hua Hin, many things are within a short walking distance+Quiet area despite downtown location+Good price to room size ratio+Room was clean+Large balcony with deck chairs-AC took a long time to get cold, and the blanket was too thick for hot Thai weather-Mattress was pretty hard, as is usually the case with Thai style hotels-TV was a 32” non-smart TV. Not a huge issue, but it’s 2022. Many hotels have upgraded their TVs to smart TVs to include apps like YouTube and Netflix for guests
