Small and cosy rooms and a short bicycle ride to SRY beach. Basic but comfortable and airconditioning was strong and good. Showers had small hot water heaters.Only downside is bed mattresses were hard. It was ok for the first few nights but my back started to ache because I’m a side sleeper.

Clean rooms, cool air conditioning, good service from the owner. The room is not very large, suitable for 2 people. The accommodation is far from the beach. Sam Roi Yot is approximately 1 km. The property has a minimart within the property. Recommended for those looking for good price and quality accommodation.

Clean, convenient, there is parking in every room. Not far from Sam Roi Yot beach. There are shops selling groceries, food, and drinks in the same area, near the beach - Long Lay Market.

Worth the money. The room was clean and not far from the beach. It was safe to park your car right in front. The owner has a small convenience store in front which is really helpful. The staff are so kind. The only thing to complain about was the shower as it seems to be clogged and the water became thin lines and too painful to shower, would be nice if they will change it.

Clean rooms, parking right in front of the accommodation. When we went to stay during the weekdays, there was only one guest staying in our room. Makes it quiet. Nearby there is a Swallow Condo. In the evening there will be a bit of chattering of birds. ^_^ You can easily find things to eat and use because there is a shop in front. The owner is cute and kind. Take care of customers very well.

New, clean and quiet. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. A shop for beer is 10 m away and Sam Roi Yot National Park is close by.

Stayed for 2 nights and were the only guests for the first night, so it's certainly very quiet. The beach and restaurant is a 15 minute walk away along the main road which is well lit at night. The accommodation is reasonably comfortable and everything works, but there is no storage space for clothing. Overall, site seems to need some refurbishment, though the shop is well-stocked with drinks, snacks and toiletries.

Very nice place, close to the beach. Beautiful view from the windows and balcony, so quiet... great for sleeping and relaxing. A small minus for the ants, of which there are hundreds in the room...

Clean room, everything is fresh. A very quiet place, only the birds sing. Excellent value for money.The hostess helped me find a wonderful person with a car to go to the cave.It’s a 15-minute walk to the beach, but you have to walk along the side of the highway: it’s unpleasant and scary.

The location is relatively remote, some distance from the seaside and the town. It is suitable for self-driving or motorcycle tourists. Other than that, it is very good and has a high CP value.
