This is a great little spot only a walking distance from the beach. The staff are extremely friendly and kind. The rooms are large. Great place to bring dogs as they only charge a deposit. One downfall, though not that serious, is that you can hear other guests in rooms if the guests are being loud. Other than this it is a great place and real value for money.

The price is suitable, the location is next to the sea, one minute walk, and it is for all Gulf families. I do not recommend it. The road is safe, but we do not like narrow roads and it is far from the public road, and it is also dark in the evening, so I advise only young people to stay in this place.

Awesome place to stay. I was not expecting that good ! The room is super big, and perfectly clean ! They thought about every detail to make it comfortable to stay. There is everything you need. Me and my dog were very happy to spend a few days here. The owners and staff are absolutely adorable. I recommend this place 100%.It's one minute walk to the beach, and three minutes walk to the main street and 7-11.Perfect place !

Great value stay in central Hua Hin. No lifts, so stairs unless you ask for ground floor. Exceptional value for money, 1 minute walk from the beach.

Superb accommodations. A 2 minute walk to beach, near malls, restaurants and shops. Beautifully appointed rooms with cupboards, comfortable bed, great shower, super clean .There is even a small kitchen to cook your own food.On the top you have a full sea view. Loved watching all the kite surfersThe owner Khun Nina, and Khun Bom are tremendous. They are so friendly and helpful.

Great little hotel 100m from the beach. The rooms are a good size and clean. Staff very friendly. One of the best Thai restaurants next door.

Great hotel with less than 15 rooms. The location is off the main road and very quiet, only the birds wake you up. Also you can walk to the beach in your flip flops. It’s only 200 meters on the alley. The staff is amazing. My air conditioning was not working well and someone came the same day to fix it. The room has a separate bathroom and a small separate kitchen with microwave and fridge. Also a safe. Next door is a kite school where you can get great coffee at 8am and they also have great food for lunch and dinner. I will definitely come and I strongly recommend. One of the top hidden place in Hua Hin.

The rooms are certainly old, but spacious. Very thin walls, you can 100% hear ants crawling, and also be careful with the doors. They didn't open well. As a result, they came out and touched a little, and the glass broke.

We stayed here for a week and honestly the service was so good! Such nice staff and helped us so much when advising us the best resturants/cafes. They were even super generous and gave us a lot of food and small gifts. The rooms was very spacious and the bed was super comfy, and felt like a relaxing holiday. The best thing about Phen House was definitely the location! It was right next to the main beach, with less than a minute walk. A lot of cafe's surrounding and gave the full experience of Hua Hin. Defo recommend this place to anybody looking for a good and affordable stay.

Had a great stay with family and friends. The rooms were very big and clean with lots of amenities and a prime location for beach activities, good food and shopping. Many thanks to Phen for her kind hospitality and great service! Would definitely come back and recommend to others.
