The hosts were really nice. They spoke English well. The quality of the room was very nice and comfortable. It's near the train station. Close to the beach. I really didn't want to leave the place. Overall 10 out of 10.

We spent one night here before going to the south.The owner is really nice, the room is clean and well equipped. The bathroom (private) was downstairs and you can also use the kitchen.The guesthouse is well located and you can walk from here to go to the restaurant or even to the beach.The value is really great for the price !We definitely recommend this place and we would have stayed longer if we had time.

Such a nice place, perfectly clean, with a big, comfy bed, located in a quiet alley. The host is warmly welcoming and speaks excellent English. Can't really complain about anything, and it's great value for its price.

For us the location was ideal because near the station and that's what we wanted but for a vacation it is perhaps a little too close to a large boulevard.The hostess is very cheerful and helpful, ready to help.Alright.

I always seem to chance upon the best guest houses, and Tientong is no exception.Nestled at the end of a quiet Soi, this guesthouse is well situated and close enough to night markets, etc.I stayed in the twin room, and it was fabulous. Marble flooring in the bedroom and throughout the bathroom. The room was naturally cool in the daytime and provided a welcome oasis to the blasting sun. This, coupled with the excellent air con, super comfortable king-sized bed, large flat screen TV, and great wooden furnishings, a big wardrobe, and even a good sized fridge, made my stay very comfortableThe ensuite bathroom is a good size, too, with a decent hot and cold shower 🚿.The icing on the cake is just next door, there is a small local shop/cafe selling delicious home cooked Thai food to order and also stocks a selection of cold drinks and snacks.The host was so friendly, accommodating, and authentic, which instantly made me feel welcome and at home. I feel so fortuitous to have had the opportunity to stay here.

Unfortunately I have a light sleep.The room is next to a railway.The trains are sometimes honking when crossing starting from 06:30 am.The room is correct for the price but not well isolated from the noise.Point of improvement: no drinking water in the room :).The location is great except from the railway.

The rooms are good, there is drinking water, a kettle and a microwave. There is a food court nearby, a lot of good food, but you can hear music from there. Every day until 2 am (

The description does not tell the truth: no window in the bedroom, bathroom located one floor below, next to the kitchen (and you can hear everything if you are in the toilet), and people are sleeping in the living room. The room is next to a nightclub. Impossible to sleep. The place is at the bottom of a dead end far from everything. The information is hidden until you arrive on site. It's not honest. It's a shame. I left furious after one night. This is unacceptable behavior.

Nice clean guesthouse.friendly owner .I think the guesthouse is in 2 houses next to each other .we had a room in the second house with a bathroom but it was down stairs.there is a kitchen and a little eating area .there is a bit of music from a bar or club but I just put ear plugs in .good free wifi
