Nice property. Just 5-7 min walk to kamala beach

No private beach. Can access the public beach via crossing the main road. Walking to the beach 5 mins from resort but waiting to cross is many many minutes. The pool is instagrammable. Lots of massage and Indian restaurant nearby.

If it had less than a star, I would have given it to them, and I wrote the reason in the comments. I would not recommend the place at all, as there is nothing in it, and there is nothing close to housing. A car is required.Their breakfast is very diverse, with no halal options and no delicious optionsThe service is very bad and slow, to the point where my father called the user and the bus for the internet, but he was not willing to give it to me, and he kept telling me to come to the reception and take it!The smell of the villa is very bad. You don’t know where the smell is coming from. We are unable to even smell when they come to clean you, neither in the place nor in the bathroom, and you are in dignity.I get tired of counting the negatives because it is something very provocative everywhere and no one cools the heartImagine the time of checkout and we saw a trip to the airport and the bear receptionist named Pimera refused to do the checkout until after all my family had left the room. Ok, we didn’t say anything. Then she said, “Check out the room. Wait a quarter of an hour for the worker to come and tell me it’s okay!” Knowing that the driver is waiting for us and we go to the airport late, I tell her that we are late, and I show her the time of the trip, and she is interested and tells me to show your insurance money. Wait a quarter of an hour, and if she shows it, my soul is saved!!! A bitter, unclean, and impolite scream. It was clear that they were not helpless and were not afraid of anyone, as if she was trying to leave my money and walk away, but I remained stubborn until she took my money. Imagine, no one came to treat me or anyone else, and no one knocked on it. It was clear that no one checked the rooms at all, except for the same person who was with me, just removing our bags, and it was filthy after the last minute of the day. In a quarter of an hour, she took out the insurance money and gave it to me when she saw me sitting with my head on my back. She kept screaming and yelling at the employees as if you were sitting there for free, not with your money! A first and last experience that is impossible to repeat

Our room wasn’t ready, three hours after check in. This was not the best but Pia was helpful from the start. She came, she got to know us, she was a beautiful person. I don’t understand these reviews because the staff have been amazing. So polite and helpful. This hotel needs serious renovations. That’s where the money should be spent. Your staff are amazing. Treat them better
