Very impressed with this hotel. Especially the hospitability of all employees, lovely, good service, smiling. Plus there are Barman (Q) and Bellman (Pae) kids who come to take care of us like family. Come play volleyball with us. And Nong Pae is an athlete trainer who can give excellent advice and consultation regarding sports.Moreover, we forgot to get the deposit back. The reception called to warn us and quickly transferred the money back. It's the cutest.The only slight complaint is that the air conditioner makes a slight rattling sound.

Khao Tao accommodation There are many places to accommodate tourists.There is a pool and toys for children. both in the hotel and on the beachfrontThere is a Starbucks in front of the beach, with cakes, pizza, and a seaside atmosphere. There is a way to accommodate wheelchair users.There is sufficient parking space.Smiling employees provide good service.

Nice fresh beach club, beautiful pool, very beautiful view of the sea, palm trees. Inside there is a Starbucks and a display case with desserts, there are towels, and a shower. I recommend!

Not a good experience. Lots of stuff sold out and only the cheapest of their 5 different steak options was available. One option that we ordered was not available but we were only told after 10 minutes. We should have cancelled and gone away at this point but we stayed. The salmon sashimi texture was not good. The steak was not tender.If you eat here then order the pad Thai. This one saved our dinner.

A beautiful beach club! Like the hotel, it is run under Australian management and is therefore in very good hands. Finally no Tam Tam (loud music), but everything quiet and chilled out. The lounge music in the background is very subdued. The pool and all facilities are new and beautifully decorated in white and clear.Showers and toilets clean. The food was very good and all prices included service and tax! So no surprise at the end! The beach is cleaned every day - overall the beach club makes a very well-kept impression.Best option for birthday parties or weddings too! We will be back!

Call to ask for prices. I feel like asking for a donation.Don't bother customers, very arrogant. Go inquire about prices with the admin on Facebook at Carapace hotel Hua Hin.I don't really want to give information, I don't want to give the final answer. Admin blocked me too. I don't want to stay there anymore. There are many hotels with good service. But I want people to know.

Very good. Although the room is a little small, it is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The children's water park facilities are also very clean, and there is also a seaside restaurant. The food in the restaurant is not expensive and tastes good. The main thing is that the atmosphere is very good. The parking space is a bit small. There are not many parking spaces inside the hotel. You need to park outside and walk. The breakfast variety is a bit lacking, but everything else is good at this price.

Bar and restaurant employees almost just stand around.Ordering is only possible by running.There are no questions here about whether you want to consume anything else.Only the cleaner works well.Food ok, sometimes something different or not edible comes along.It can only be cleared if you put it on the ground. Otherwise, plates and empty glasses will remain standing for about 2-3 hours.But in itself a nice beach club.

Booked for a weekday, not many people. The kids loved it.If it's Saturday and Sunday, there should be a lot of people.The room size is not large, considered average.Good service staff enough parkingBreakfast has a variety of menus. The taste is considered okay.The swimming place is not very big. It may not be enough for all rooms to be fully occupied.The accommodation is not next to the beach. If you want to go, you can call for a golf cart.Overall considered good for families. But it's probably better to avoid Sat/Sun.

Came to stay the night of 7-8 Oct. 2023. The internet didn't work, the TV couldn't be watched. Officials reported that there had been an accident. There are many people, the pool is less than the number of people staying. The number of pools and the number of rooms are not balanced. Not next to the sea. Must walk far. There is a golf cart for transportation. The restaurant is small, requires a long queue, little food, not delicious. Reserved a pool terrace room for 4000 up a night, but had to compete for the pool. Disappointed.
