Budget Hotel well located in Hua Hin. Short walk to night market, soi Bintabaht and pier. Rooms are small but lovely and clean. Run by friendly family. Excellent value for money.

The rooms are very clean, cheap, quite quiet, most of them are foreigners. The staff or owners don't know how to speak very well. I called and asked to turn on the air conditioner first and spoke well. Called and inquired several times and spoke well every time, willing to answer. Parking. Cars may be a little difficult to find, but there's definitely a 7-Eleven at the entrance. It's easy to find food and the price is very cheap. I'll stop by and stay again.

Single bed room 600 baht per night, extra bed charged 200 baht, total sleeping 3 people 800 baht, which is very cheap for this location.The important thing is that the room is very clean. I like people who are allergic to dust like us the most.The owner is cute and kind.The water is very strong, the air conditioner is cool.

It's in a very good location. It's fun to walk around and buy food. But I don't like the bed that much. I have a lot of weight. The bed doesn't look like it can support a lot of weight. So L was suspicious the entire time he slept.

Very good location, the hotel is on Soi Hua Hin 55/1, close to the beach, night market, train station, transportation, you can walk or take the minibus. No need to rent a car at all. Another songtaew passed by. The food is great, the room is good, the air conditioner is cool, the only complaint is that the toilet is a little difficult to flush. With no view at all, the caretaker is very good, friendly, asks to borrow a hair dryer, asks for directions, is very friendly. Very impressed. The price is ok.

This is a five-star rating for an economically-minded budget. Please keep that in mind when you read this review. My room was clean and the air conditioning was cool. Showers are heated and room service brings two bottles of complementary water every day. The staff is exceptional and they have an English speaking representative 24 hours a day. Coffee is served in the lobby every morning and if you have leftovers they're more than happy to warm them up for you. This is top notch for a budget hotel and I only paid $14 USD per day for 7 days. Of course, the more days you book the bigger the discount.

Great hotel for your money! We paid after the fact, it came out to 600 baht per night. The owner of the hotel is just a pussy :3. The service is excellent, there is free coffee on the ground floor. The rooms are decent, clean, the closet doors are a little creaky. We liked everything! Good hotel.
