I’m really impressed with this place. It’s been a great holiday stay. The room is very clean, with a modern vintage atmosphere, created by retaining the original structure while completely redecorating. If you ever visit the Ao Manao area and are looking for a good place to stay, I highly recommend this one.p.s. The owner, as well as the staff, are very attentive and incredibly nice.

The accommodations are aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained. The proximity to the local market and train station is advantageous. The room is equipped with a large LG Nanocell TV, and the interior design exudes a luxurious ambiance.

My stay at this mini hotel was fantastic! The rooms are clean, stylishly furnished and offer all amenities. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal – quiet but central. Highly Recommended!

Cafe in Win Villa. Not many snacks, but delicious. Bagels are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They're more delicious than some famous restaurants. Good drinks There is also alternative milk.

Rooms is newly refurbished and cleaned plus touch classy taste if you ask me.
Service wise is also satisfactory staff and owner are trying their best to serve the customers. In total I given them 5 stars in accommodation and hospitality, this luxury establishment is a stone throw away from the Prachuap Khiri Khan train station.

The cafe at Wynn Villa is extremely close to the train station. A modern air conditioned cafe with inside seating. They make delicious scones and cream cakes. The hot coffees are well made, we also tried the pistachio matcha lattes which were amazing.The staff are very friendly and the owner speaks great English.I highly recommend a visit here.

Beautiful, clean, sterile little cafe with a few seats. Indoor cafe has AC but I prefered to sit in the courtyard garden, which was lovely. Wynn is an unusual place in Prachuap. From the exterior it doesn't look very inviting. I am staying for weeks in the same street and pass it several times a day but didnt recognise it as a cafe. Looks more about a small boutique guesthouse but the purpose of the structure is not really clear until I googled it. I think they also have a few rooms but that is neither really clear. The Americano coffee is very nice but also a bit pricy at THB 70. This might for me a one time experience for me as I can also have an equally tasty coffee at the Yutichai across the street. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the experience of being in the garden.
