The hotel is well located. Pretty close to life. There are many restaurants nearby where you can also have breakfast within walking distance. There is a parking lot opposite, right on the beach, for 120 baht per night. The rooms are clean but shabby. No room service. Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights.

Simple but nice rooms, very nice and helpful staff and, best of all, lots of options to stay outside of the room - by the pool etc.!! Generally a nice vibe and the location suited us very well :) We wouldn't recommend booking the cheapest and smallest room (only with a fan), we asked for an upgrade with proper air conditioning which was 100% worth the few baht more.

SHOULD WE BOYCOT THIS KIND OF GUEST HOUSE?The rare positive reviews on the Internet seem bogus since when you stay there you realize that it is pretty from the outside but disappointing (uncomfortable or even dilapidated) on the inside, with therefore poor value for money, and also an unfriendly and unattentive welcome after check-in, the neighborhood seems to say that it is managed against common sense by smooth talkers (or even non-professional charlatans) who are just looking to make money on the behind the backs of passing tourists, so should we avoid this establishment? THANKS.

Too bad, I got there too late, there was no longer a room as I knew was excellent (before the swimming pool), I was moved above the Buffalo, good room, a mirror was missing for shaving, and another for see. But very well placed and very well received I highly recommend.

Great hotel pet friendly 🐕🦺 ,great staff ,great location.We have small dog stay with us .This hotel is pet friendly we stay in room sea view you get up in the morning and watching sun rise at your balcony.We love this hope and will come back 🐕🦺❤️

Very nice, simple rooms.Unfortunately a bit small. The pool is also well maintained. Unfortunately, the pool bar was always closed during my stay.The service is absolutely great. We arrived at 3:30 in the morning and were allowed to check in straight away. The staff is also very friendly and you always get a contagious smile.I would absolutely recommend it.

better to sleep on the floor you have less back pain mattress unacceptable bedding.moreover we cannot sleep in rooms enclosed in each other we cannot breathe.people stay all night and talk loudly.unacceptable places of the scam.only positive point reception staff and housekeeping.advice: avoid this rental.
