The owner's aunt takes care of her very kindly. I speak because I am friendly. Cleanliness is 10/10. The room is very big. We reserved 3 rooms. A large double bed costs 700 baht. A single bed costs 600 baht. Everyone who goes is happy. at an economical price The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet for resting. Have a chance to stay again.

Went to work and tried to stay for the first time. Considered very impressive, the price is not expensive, the aunt who takes care of it is very kind. Reserved a small, cheap room. But when we got to the room it was full so Auntie upgraded the room for us. Clean like home You can walk barefoot in the building. Comfortable sleep, cool air conditioning, a refrigerator, a sink, a place to eat outside, a room with a balcony, a clean bathroom, a water heater, OK WiFi, Internet for working is considered fast. Entering and exiting the building at night the door is closed but the room entry card has a key to unlock the door to enter the building. Safety is considered good. Parking may not be very plentiful, but it's considered okay. The location is in an area where you can walk to find food or walk into the mall. Walking across the river, you can walk through the alley to the beach. But I'm not sure if it's a private area or not. I didn't try walking across to see. There are 7-Eleven both left and right but it may be a bit of a walk. There's a grill at the entrance of the alley. It's very good. I recommend it to work or to relax. If going to Hua Hin, probably staying here again is the first choice.

I ended up staying here for over a week. The owners and staff were all friendly. The room is very clean and has a nice balcony. The location is very good, just a 5 minute walk to the mall and nightlife. The bed was pretty comfortable and the aircon worked well.

Very good value for money.Hotels managed by a very friendly and smiling little elderly couple.If you have no requirements other than cleanliness and a comfortable bed, it's perfect.There are cafes and massage parlors right next door.
