The environment is not very clean. The price agreed upon when booking the room is different from the request when checking in. It feels like the price is raised on the spot and there is no integrity!

We booked a total of 5 rooms and stayed for 4 nights. The boss originally promised to only increase the price by 600 yuan for a twin room for a three-night stay, but when we checked in, he increased the price to 900 yuan. There is no honest operator.

Advantages: The location is close to the city, about 5 minutes away from Hua Hin Beach and night market.Disadvantages: A total of 4 rooms were booked for this stay (1 room costs 700 baht). Because my traveling friend needed a twin room, I negotiated with the boss on the spot to increase the price. On the first day of check-in, the boss said 1 room would cost 300 baht. (So the price of the twin room was 1,000 baht after the increase). We also agreed to the increase, but because we would stay for 3 nights on the return trip, the boss said that we could only increase the price by 600 baht for 3 nights. However, the boss charged 900 baht for the return trip. It's okay for a B&B to make money, but it lacks integrity in business and is greedy for petty profits. This kind of B&B is not recommended to visit again.In addition, one of the four booked rooms has fleas (at the stairwell on the third floor), and one has flying insects like termites. There are many mosquitoes in the room, the facilities are old, and there is no dry and wet separation. Considering the level of accommodation in Hua Hin, Generally speaking, except for the good location, everything else is really useless and fails.Finally, the hotel's accommodation system was hacked, and the hotel contacted by Booking sent a private message with a fraudulent message, asking you to swipe your card to pay for the room, so you can only pay more attention.

The caretaker owner is very cute. They take care of their customers very well. The room may not be that luxurious. But the service is very good.

There is very little parking (almost none, if only a little in front of the building. Outdoors like this would be better if we didn't have it. Clearly on the side of the road haha) If you park your car and have to have an employee come and move other customers' cars for you, would that be a good thing? After entering the room Opening the door, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes. Came down to change rooms. Getting a new room seems good. But the bathroom is full of sand. What should I do? Everything is old. Antique level A+ Finally, I'm very worried about the car. How can you park on the side of the road, exposed to the sun and wind all night? Must go down to cancel (Actually, I was going to cancel the moment I found a parking spot like that.) I can't ask for a refund. OK, can I give half back? It's not the same, damn it! Even though you have to transfer and pay the full amount from the beginning. It doesn't seem very fair at all.P.S. Since I've been here It's very memorable here. The worst I've ever encountered.

This is a very average hotel and in my opinion is not worth what I paid the room I stayed in needed to be updated the shower unit was really old with only a shower curtain to stop water going everywhere the floor was wet for up to 4 hours …

Recent stay for almost 4 weeks.Small older style hotel in Hua Hin.Situated within the Thai local community it has easy access to :2 x 7/11 stores and local restaurants within a few minutes walkStreet food market ~ 3 minutes walkDay market ~ 5 minutesNight market for food, clothes etc in under 10 minutesBeach ~ 12-15 minutesTrain/coach station are also accessible..Rooms are comfortable with en-suite bathroom and toilet, fridge, air con. TV, safe. Large bed availableManager, Khun Tony and staff are friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating.Daily cleaning is done.Free tea, coffee in the lobby plus water replenished daily in your roomGood value for money and recommended

Hotel very close to everything, the center and the sea, restaurants, night market. Well equipped, staff and very friendly welcoming, cleaning staff well done a lady always with a smile and cleans deeply. Too bad there is no water stove in the rooms. On the site it says that there are parking spaces for cars, no you have to put the car in the street. At the entrance there is coffee and tea. The rooms are large. Nothing to complain thank you very much for everything for these few days spent in your hotel

Friendly place close to the amenities of Hua Hin and good value at 800 bhat per night. Rooms are tidied every day and water provided as well. I stayed here for one week. Breakfast is not included but there are a couple of good options just over the road.

The rooms are big and comfortable. Good location and very close to beach. There is no elevator in the building, other than that it's a good place to stay. Tim had fridge, wardrobe, table chair. Good value for money.
