Of course, I don’t understand why there are 3 stars here, maybe it should be so, but for me it’s 1-2 at most, there is no normal entrance to the hotel, the rooms, as they say in the reviews, are old but in principle relatively clean, ants came running a couple of times and sprayed them with dichlorvos it seems like they left, there was water, food too, you can eat, initially it was very uncomfortable upon arrival, then you get used to it, for the price I think it’s ok, the pool was clean, although old

We arrived at the hotel at 9 am, they checked into the room only after 2 pm, even when it was 3 minutes to the clock, they said wait. They gave us the crappy room with a view of the neighboring building, so we couldn’t even understand what the weather was like outside. There is no hot water, the bathtub is made in such a way that when taking a shower, all the water flows down the side onto the floor. Our bed linen was dirty, I met the maids and asked to replace it, the time was 4 o’clock in the afternoon. One said that they work until 3, the other until 5, but in the end no one moved to my request, they sat quietly on the stairs and watched videos on the phone. Then I went to the reception and asked to be cleaned, I understood that they would clean it before 5. Upon returning to the room, I saw that nothing had been cleaned. I went down to the reception again, the girl threw up her hands and said tomorrow. Disgusting hotel, I don't recommend it to anyone

I understand this is roulette. We're lucky. We were on the 3rd floor (which means we had water, they didn’t turn it off!) and overlooked the greenery, not the wall.The room is old, but we prepared ourselves for the worst, so when we arrived we were satisfied with what we had. Suitable for those who just need to spend the night.-Sheets and towels with unwashable stains.+ the water pressure is good and the desired temperature is easy to adjust- the coffee at breakfast was normal the first day, but then it turned brown+ the staff heard and added coffee to the coffee machine and it became normal again.- no one will run to solve your problems faster than light, they will ask you to wait tomorrow+ for such an inexpensive price - this is an excellent housing option+++ excellent location, everything is nearby that could be useful. We got to the beach quickly tooI recommend it to those who do not sit still and will still hang out and go to other places)

Scandalous no water in the bathroom or in the toilets not clean I advise against! The swimming pool is also not clean! Staff really don't care! To flee !!! Unacceptable!

This hotel is in one of the prime locations of Patong. The hotel is almost 8-10 mins walk from Bangla Walking street and 13-15 mins walk from the Patong beach. The area is surrounded by all kind of food and amenities which you require for your vacation. Nearby you can get good and authentic massage parlour and you can get rented cars / bikes. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. You can get good breakfast in the hotel itself(minimum charges).

We chose the hotel based on some very good reviews, and photos via Agoda, when we entered the lobby it quickly became clear that this hotel had nothing to do with the pictures. Originally booked for 3 days, but canceled after checking into the room.-Kettle, broken-Hair dryer, defectiveSafe, defective-a puddle formed under the air conditioning, the air conditioning in general didn't cool the room down, it just made the air more humid, after 2 hours in the room we were wet + entire inventory (humidity higher than outside)-Extreme smell of urine-Paint and plaster comes off due to moisture-Mold in the bathroom-Puddle of urine in the bathroom-Balcony completely full of pigeon code

Overall the hotel is not bad, the room is large and nice, the bathroom is clean. Breakfasts suck. The location is good, we especially looked at the hotel in this place +/-.

The water is very dirty, very yellow. Went to stay 5 nights, water didn't flow for 2 nights. On days when the water flows, it flows very gently. Since staying in, someone has checked out every day. But we didn't leave because we couldn't find a place to stay. Went during Songkran and it was very difficult to find a place to stay, so I endured it. The whole body has a rash and is very itchy. The room was very old, with scratched paint on the walls.

If you want just the room, it's considered OK. It's a big room. But if we talk about terrible service, when we ask something, we answer like we've already answered. Especially the woman at the counter who is black and has long hair and is very thin is very bad. When we ask questions, we probably ask while looking at the computer screen, but our mouths give very confusing answers. It's like asking to sleep for free!! His face looked like he had a problem at home. Another thing is that I reserved through the Agoda app and the card was already deducted. The school told me to pay in cash only, that is, pay 2 times and they didn't take responsibility for anything. I was dizzy and had a blank look on my face.

The hotel is just bottom. There is no other way to say it. Breakfast is only eggs and bread, watermelon fruit. Every day the same thing, nothing changes. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't take it

Drinking water is rarely brought to the room. There is no hot water in the shower at all. The safe was contacted 5 times to be fixed - the result was 0. There is no point in writing about the breakfast at all (it is 1 star and that is a stretch). 3 stars for a hotel is just too much. But we understood where we were going. Tai is just a fairy tale)))

Wonderful spacious rooms with working air conditioning. Spacious bathroom with toilet. Cleaning was done every day. TV. On the 9th floor there is a swimming pool with a bar. The cocktails in this bar are much better than in other establishments.If I manage to return, I would like to go there.
