Check-in is quite slow. The elevator is only on the 7th floor. Walk to the 8th floor. The key card doesn't have a room number. Making stickers isn't too difficult. The room is clean. You can use it.

Arriving at the hotel is a bit difficult due to the rough road. And the alley leading into the hotel is small, please pay attention to the hotel name sign as well.

I booked this hotel but was denied check in even though I had 2 valid forms of Thai ID and a copy of my passport. I was told in the past foreigners had stayed there who's visas had expired so they didn't want to take any chances with me. Of course the manager was not there and not answering their phone, and their reservation center was closed. The front desk staff was rather smug about denying my check in and told me to go to another hotel. They also refused to cancel the booking and kept the money paid for the room. The next day I tried calling their reservation center and was hung up on as soon as they heard me speaking English. Bottom line, this is the type of place that gives Thai hotels a bad reputation. They have no interest in customer service and may deny your booking for frivolous reasons. If your goal is to be walking distance to anything, there are plenty of better hotels in the same price range that are on Soi 94 itself.

Foreigners forget to bring their passports. I have a Thai driver's license and a passport photo, but I still can't check in. Bad.

❌❌Go away ❌❌❌Don't stay in this hotel. Because they deliberately defrauded people of money. Don't stay here if you don't listen to me you will regret it.I booked this hotel for my vacation paying full price via Agoda. I read the check-in details carefully. When I got to the hotel he wanted to check my passport. I gave my passport and a copy. They say it's not enough. You must have flight documents, documents from the immigration police and visa documents. and many more documentsThey only ask for these things from foreign tourists, but they do not specify them in detail. of the identity verification process for checking in on the website or on the booking websiteSo I didn't prepare those documents other than my passport and I have traveled all over the world. No hotel anywhere in the world asks for these documents other than a passport. But this is the first place I encountered. They refused to let me check in. By refusing to refund my money‾ïļthey definitely intend to cheat‾ïļFortunately, Agoda took responsibility for this matter by refunding the full amount in Agoda cash so that I could book another, better hotel. The hotel did not refund the money to Agoda and refused to take responsibility for this matter even though they He was the one who refused me check-in, so Agoda took special measures to help me that were not related to this hotel.and the employees do not have a service mind Not giving any advice at all, not having a smile on the face. Unwilling to accept tourists, they seemed to look at me with disdain and discrimination, especially the male employee with short hair and almost bald head.‾ïļThis is a bad thing and nightmare of Hua Hin city‾ïļDear friends, do not stay in this hotel, you will experience a bad experience like me and you will hate Thailand. The kind I hate right nowAnd I swore to myself that I would never stay in a cheap or low-priced hotel, and I swore to myself that I would never stay in a cheap or less than four-star hotel again. In this country, it really sucks.

Arrived at the hotel at 10:20 p.m. The staff informed us that foreigners cannot use the pink card to check in. Only a passport is required. which should be specified on the booking page in the first place Because every hotel 100% ago can use this card issued by the government to check in.and the officials do not provide any assistance at all There's only the word 'no'. The manager cannot be contacted, the b2 call center is closed because it is after 10:00 p.m. In short, customers must help themselves. Find a new hotel yourself.

It's a very western hotel. It's very inconvenient for external transportation. There is no transportation. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the street. I'm sweating under the scorching sun. The map looks very close to the downtown area. It's basically a wilderness. There's no village in front of the village and no bus in the back. shop. It's strange that the booking website didn't explain it. I won't be able to come back next time.
