It's a hotel that I often stay at. Beautiful, peaceful, I really like it. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. It is a top favorite hotel in the Cha-am Hua Hin area.

Very nice and cozy place, Good quality in room, place, and breakfast, really worth the price. We enjoyed our family time during the holiday at this hotel, and wholeheartedly recommend a stay here.

Very good accommodation, has a private beach, quiet, not chaotic.The swimming pool is divided into 2 zones. The pool villa zone can only be used by guests staying in the pool villa. The other room has a swimming pool in front. Book 2 room types so you can all play.The sea view room on the building is very good. Beautiful sea view. The bathroom has a bathtub. The water flows strong and satisfying. And all the counter bar snacks can be eaten.As for the restaurant, it's delicious. There is a variety of food. But the restaurant is not very big.But the entrance to the accommodation is deep and quite lonely. But I have a personal car so there is no problem.

Beautiful place next to the sea. Come stay in the Pool Villa. There is a private pool / beach for dogs to play in. Very happy. The atmosphere is quite private.The hotel provides good service. The employees are all lovely and smiling. Excellent breakfast, deliciousOverall, will definitely come back. Pet Friendly :)

The rooms are modern and nice. I like the bedside control screen. It's convenient. But the sound outside came inside. Even though it's in the corner room.The staff at the restaurant provide very good service.Breakfast tries to be diverse. But with a small number of rooms So I got about a bit. The taste is ok. The staff at the egg station need to practice a bit more. The scrambled egg turned into a dry fried omelet.An open restaurant with a beautiful swimming pool next to the sea.There is also a fitness center available. But I don't use it.Overall good, quite private because there are few people.Worth it if you get a discount

A great resort with rooms which can fit bigger group. Rooms were spacious with big bathtub. However, found lizard in the room and crawling on the bed frame and when we tried to catch it, it ran under the bed. The hotel staff has nicely assisted us to catch it when we called them for help. May not be a good place for you of you are scared of insects/lizard. Breakfast is great with a decent spread and a great view of the sea. Many pools for you to dip yourself in and a great place for suntanning since the weather is hot with lotsa sunshine.

We recently stayed at Relo for the second time. While our first experience was excellent, this visit was quite different. The service was slow and inattentive—on three consecutive days, I had to request room service to collect dishes, and it took a full day for them to be removed. Additionally, I experienced an allergic reaction, which was concerning given that guests are allowed to bring pets. When I observed the housekeeper cleaning the villa, I was shocked to see them disposing of dirt from inside the villa into the plants by the pool—a practice that seems more likely to attract cockroaches than maintain cleanliness.Relo is marketed as an "urban escape," but our stay was far from relaxing. Families with children were allowed to create a disruptive environment, with kids screaming continuously while their parents were engrossed in their mobile devices, showing little regard for other guests. While I understand that kids will be kids, the lack of parental supervision was disappointing.Overall, the maintenance and quality of the hotel have noticeably declined over the past year and a half. Unfortunately, I left with six large welts on my body, and my wife also had smaller ones on her face—raising serious concerns about the hygiene standards at this hotel.

I was pretty impressed by the breakfast, especially considering it was included with the room. The rooms were nice, comfortable beds, universal plugs, etc. the staff were really nice and attentive. The baby cot was a knock-off pack 'n play, which had a defect that caused the side to collapse when we put pressure on the side, not a big deal or dangerous, just a note to check if you have small kids.

I found Relo on Agoda and checked in for one night. This is a really cool urban chic hotel right on the beach. The lady was excellent at check in and explained all amenities etc. The restaurant on property called GOAT was really the goat! The food and drinks were great! I will be back again!

Staff at reception unfriendly. Restaurant very expensive. There is almost no other restaurant nearby. The coffee machine was broken at breakfast. After one night we went to the town of Cha-am and booked there.
