Direct beach access is a great plusI did quite a research and found out this resort may be the best option if you wanna direct beach access room with a budget.20km far from the city center (where local market and more activities took place) but not what i prioritize so this is worth it. 🦄

11/9/67 Smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The smell is likely coming from the air conditioner or air ducts. Whoever smokes, may you die quickly. Don't live in the world as a burden and trash for society.

Quiet accommodation The beach is clean and very private. Sit until the sun sets comfortably, enjoying the sea breeze. The room is spacious.Recommended to stay in the beach front zone.Breakfast is not very diverse but delicious.In summary, definitely worth the price.

The hotel is inside a border patrol camp. It's like being part of the authorities (police).The rooms are quite spacious, not very clean. Recommended to upgrade to a premium room. If you don't want to walk far from the beach and restaurant to get to your room (there are many buildings).There are two swimming pools, which are generally usable. But that sandy beach Not recommended to play Dirty and dangerous There were a lot of broken beer bottles and jellyfish.If you don't expect much, this hotel is good value for money.

Big, clean room, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. There's a lot of parking. The swimming pool is very large, the beach is beautiful.

I am editing my review. The general manager is very nice to try and make our stay more comfortable. They opened a spa service today. And they made sure we get food faster esp since we have baby.The beach is fantastic. This is the winner here.The premier beach front rooms and main building where reception is looks better but the older building where there are deluxe rooms is not great.This is a two-three star hotel trying to be 4 star.It is like a hotel under construction, and the system and operation is not fixed.ConsNo restaurant. The meeting room that they open as restaurant uses a kitchen 1 km away and the food has to be ordered 1 hour before eating and arrives cold.Breakfast- the spread is quite thai, porridge, soups, fried rice. Egg. 2 fruits (melon, papaya).No spa! - coming soon3 Swimming pools all under the hot sun.Saw a rat scurry near the lobby of breakfast buffet in the night.No hot water in sinks.The water sprinkler sprays even until the lobby pathway so dangerous for people can slip.The few positive thing is that this hotel hasCheap rooms and a big private clean beach.Staff try their best to give us service despite being understaffed and the place not having the best lay out and system for hotel operations.I spent 12,000 thb for 2 nights here booked direct and they didn’t even give the upgrade they promised as they were fully booked. Too hot to enjoy the hotel grounds and pool during the day…a lot of the grounds it is still under landscaping.

Go see a summer concert at Cha-am Beach. But it was raining heavily. But it was good that the rain stopped making the performance a lot of fun.
