Great hosts and food! Also the bedrooms have the best mini bar I have ever seen! The owners happened to be here and they were absolutely great hosts. Also had a friendly staff which was very attentive and happy to serve. Wonderful atmosphere and will definitely be back!

The hotel is very, very dirty.. The air conditioning is old and does not work well, and water flows into the room, and the drainer does not work either. It is impossible for me to stay in it again. 👎🏻👎🏻 The hotel does not allow hyenas to live in it.

Nasty hotel, smelling of cigarettes, no elevator, at least on the second and third floor there is none, and it is forbidden to take food or snacks to the room, if they catch it, the person pays a fine, the location is toppp

Very good and satisfied with hotel staff very kind and friendly. Excellent budget hotel with sufficient services. Rooms are very pleasant with good size. Rooms service is good. Small little jacuzzi and place to relax at the hotel to watch your favorite sports.

Please stay away from this ´place’. Dirty, stinky, flies all over, no air conditioning, elevator fits one person and does not work, the attitude from the receptionist is worth an oscar nomination, she was bitter, unhelpfull, and yelling saying ´if you want to complain, do so, we do not care, she did not want to provide her name but manager is Noi she said. There was a guy with her who did not speak english. I left the place, I booked into the Paradise next block. I rather loose my money than ruin my vacation. These people wont last doing business under those unbareable conditions. The advertisement is considered to be fraudulent since you wont get what you see. Please run away from these people, what a shame such a beautiful country.

We had a great stay! A 2 minute walk from the main Bangla street, Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean room, everything you need. Staff was present at all hours to assist with anything needed. Sham was very knowledgeable about the area and offers great insight on what to do during your time in Patong.

Please run away from this hotel. Is the worst hotel I stayed in Patong beach. Not even one hotel can be near. Per room deposite dare to request for 100usd .... And I try to make complaints, after seeing 2 staffs, telling you the same... You can just make complaints whatever you like, in Google review or send email to our management. We are don't care at all. Bravos service !
