The hotel is not very far from Hua Hin city. There are public buses passing in front of the hotel all the time. Convenient transportation. The rooms are very clean. There is complete equipment. If there is a chance to use the service again.

Overall, it seems good. There is a swimming pool and a fitness center. But I couldn't sleep all night. I need to find something to do until morning. There was no warm water. The air conditioner was loud all night. The air conditioner is not cool either. Staying on the 3rd floor, overall is not okay at all.

Personally, overall, my family and I feel happy. Didn't expect much from the reserved price of 999฿. The Bellboy family was interested (some of them) like they chose to accept customers. The staff in front of the front are smiling. Good service, speaks well, likes it, gives answers or advice eloquently. I like the housekeeper smiling and greeting well.The swimming pool is big and the kids like it. There will definitely be a chance to use the service again. The only problem is that the air conditioner doesn't keep cool, deducting 1 star.

Please compile.Today, September 4th, approximately time, I reserved a room at the hotel with Agoda and got a room. Located in Mesa Building, room 625, check-in around 3:00 p.m., 3 people staying, father, mother and children.First of all, the receptionist when checking in told me that the accommodation building is in another building (which I have never stayed at). So I don't know which building it is because of the name of the building and the name of the hotel. It's a different name.)Until I found the building, I was parking my car, parked normally, and was unloading things from the car. The security guard didn't even wait to wave the way for me. I just sat in the chair and kept watching. No one even helped to put it in there. The front of the building is still good.Passed until entering the room, room 625, the first feeling when opening the door. The room has a very musty, woody, damp smell. Try not to worry about anything. So let it go and follow along.After loading things into the room, I took my child down to play in the water.The equipment is not open for play and use.Let's open it again when we're almost out of the water.When I returned to the roomOpening the door, small cockroaches ran all over the room.On the sofa, on the table, on the bedSo I hurriedly took my child to the bathroom to wash himself. The smell of the towels was very musty. From the smell of the body, it smells fragrant. Must smell like towelsSo my girlfriend and I decided to check it out.When checking out, the receptionist asked for the key card back. then said it was finished There was no going into the room to check. To tell you the truth, this time the service and cleanliness were not good. I reserved a price of 999. The condition of the room is room 307, April Building. The security guard is good. The service is good. The front desk staff of the old building were confused when trying to get the room key card. The young man came to help carry the bags and provided good service. Opening into the room is The musty smell really hurt my nose. The sofa smelled like it hadn't been cleaned. There are stains on the cushions. The bathroom water spray hose is leaking. Under the bed dust and garbage The bedroom air conditioner is very smelly. The balcony door was locked and not broken. Very confused. Found a lot of cigarette butts. The page has already been notified. Send a maid to clean it for you. But when I look at it again Sweep only the floor Cigarette butts on the balcony as usual. This time I'm disappointed. I won't go again. I've stayed many times and got a good room. This time it's not ok at all.

Came for 1 night and booked 3 rooms, with extra beds in every room. The extra bed is terrible. Sagging like a cradle. Sleeping with severe back pain There is no water heater. The room is in antique condition, red curtains, total price 5,000, you can reserve the pool villa now. Outside the lobby looks very good, inside it's not really a problem. Even the bathroom door was very tight. Can't move to close Staying next to the school down the road is better than 800 baht per night. It's more luxurious, clean, and modern.

I stayed here for two nights. Unfortunately the internet is down, but they upgraded me to another building. Both rooms were nice and clean. the employees are extremely nice and respond very quickly. The only negative point is the location. There is a KFC and a 7eleven within a 2-minute walk, but to get to the center where there is a market and massages, you have to take a taxi for about 7 minutes (expressway), which is about an hour on foot. so it's a little outside. everything else was perfect!

Very bad for me and my family on a long holiday. I made a reservation for a room for 3 days and 2 nights on Agoda. In the app there were details saying there was a bathtub, so we booked because my child likes to play in the bathtub. When we arrived at the hotel it was very cold around 5:30 p.m. because we left Bangkok at 12:30. There was a lot of traffic jams on the Rama 2 line. Arrived, checked in and went to the room. In summary, there is no bathtub. We shouted towards the hotel. Then I called Agoda and the official said it was the hotel's fault. The hotel is happy to refund the money. But we have to find a new hotel to stay. This time I was confused. I had to urgently find a new place to stay because it was getting dark. Feeling very lost The hotel doesn't have a discount and is not responsible for anything other than being happy to refund the money. But when you return it on Agoda, it's approx. five to seven days In conclusion, we ended up getting a place to stay at My Resort for 2000 baht per night. Even though there was no bathtub, the rooms were big and clean and there were several swimming pools. My kids liked it as much as Hin Nam Hotel.

At first, I expected a lot from the service and the room. The room price is 2166 baht, but when I actually saw the room, it was very dirty. The housekeeper may not have cleaned it thoroughly. Breakfast had poor ingredients like grilled pork. Smoke filled the room. The front desk didn't seem to care about customer service.The room was full of dust. Booked a room type and got another room type that didn't match the cover. The swimming pool doesn't look clean. There are a lot of floating bubbles and leaves.Unbelievable that this is a hotel?Very disappointed with the money who wandered in to stayWorst of all, the vacation trip was scary.Went to stay on April 15, 2023.

Had a horrible experience at this "hotel". Instead of focussing on making a new building, they should have just renovated the old building. The rooms have aged horribly and look prehistoric. Also found the rooms to be unsafe and a scam. It is stated that you have to pay for electricity and water, what isn't stated is that the plumbing is faulty as both toilets continuously ran water throughout the entire stay, which we had to pay for. One of the showers were faulty as only cold water came through. The aircon was very loud and was breaking apart. The swing blade on the aircon was shattered and extremely dirty. For some reason the remote was taped onto the aircon.

There is a new building that has just been built, we stayed in the old building so the following is only relevant to that:We stayed here for three nights and overall the place did seem quite nice but there were many problems with the room. When we first arrived a few of the light bulbs were broken so we had to call for maintenance which took over an hour and they didn't even manage to fix all the lights. The main light switch also took a while to find as it was on the far side of the bed in an awkward to see place. Other services also took over an hour. After house keeping had been they took the old towels but did not replace them so had to wait for ages to get them. We actually didn't want house keeping to come in the first place but there are no "do not disturb" signs and when we asked they said they do not offer them.There were many other issues with the room too. There were not many sockets and one didn't even work. The windows in the bathroom can't be fully closed and so mosquitos kept getting in. We had to keep the bathroom door closed to reduce how much we got bit in the night. The light on the air conditioning unit could not be turned off so all night there was a bright light shining on the bed. In all, the room was quite old and could really do with some TLC.One of the elevators also seemed to not be working. In spite of all of this some aspects were very nice. Such as the pool which was really great. And while the place was definitely understaffed, the staff we did meet were super nice.If I was to come here again I would be making sure to try out the new building.
