The setup is very simple. The kitchenette is very small, few dishes. Air conditioning works well, WiFi was very good. We think the location is great, close to the beach, 7/11 right next door. Shopping center and restaurants nearby

The place is more or less run down. The pictures that are out there are about 10 years old. There is noise from the construction site on the neighboring plot. Not much and bet on at the price that they charge. There are better condominiums in the area at a better price and better standard.

The apartment is simply furnished and has a tiny kitchen corner. You can't do much more than breakfast. The people are nice. Our couch was replaced because ours was way too soft. We couldn't sit on it.The pool is quite nice, but cool.The location is okay, not far to the beach or market.

Already the apartment hotel is very well located we are on the sidewalk side and the beach is behind with a 7/11 just below. Opposite there are tuktuks for 100 baht we arrive at the Night Market, just opposite there is a Landry too and massage parlors which are pretty cool and very pleasant.We stayed at Rocco for at least 8 days and in the first room with a view of "the sea" the rooms were not soundproofed at all you can hear everything especially at night otherwise the apartment is clean, well air-conditioned the small problem was on cleaning because we didn't have brooms since cleaning wasn't done every day so it was complicated to borrow a broom.In the second room with a view of the swimming pool the rooms were well soundproofed and also the apartment was well air-conditioned however there was not much pressure in the bathroomIn both apartments it was comfortable the small common problem was finding electrical outlets there were some in the shower and maybe one in the bedroomOverall it was pleasant the staff are quite helpful and very friendly when we manage to find them because they are often absent in their office

Ive stayed here 3 times now because its a great location 5 minutes from the beech, friendly staff, had a few room issues with AC, burst pipe but nothing the staff couldn't sort out for us, room moved twice lol

Rented a studio suite here for 9 days. Really nice location - close to the beach. Security 24/7 - felt very safe, easy late check in at 0400. Room is clean, large enough for 2-3 comfortably - the sofa bed would be quite small to fit 2 guest so 4 would be a stretch. Great housekeeping services. Gym is nice. The pool is nice, big and cool however it is in the shade; no loungers in the sun. Some construction occurring on the property next to the pool. Overall very happy with our stay.
